The best dumpling place in the area by far. They are consternation putting out orders to go and to eat in. It's busy for a reason. The food is top tier quality every time I have gone. Wait times are minimal dining in. Friendly staff and amazing prices!

You can't cook if you are not from the origin country. I ordered fried rice, and it's to grease and salty. I wouldn't recommend it. They might be good cooking dumpling, but that about it. I forced myself to finish the food. I would not return to this place again! Oh, I tried the dumplings, but it's not impressive either.

Authentic Chinese dumpling joint! Been there for years but we just tried it recently. Hard to get a seat there on weekends so go early. Definitely worth your while.

Honestly, I was reluctant to try Palace Dumplings for a long time when I first moved up here. Growing up in Queens, it's very difficult to see past the price difference between Flushing/Chinatown/Sunset Park, and the rest of the world outside of Asia.

But to my dismay, the pandemic hit and I was no longer able to make my casual weekly trips down to the city to fulfill my food cravings. And it worked out great, because I finally got around to trying Palace Dumplings - they turned out to be pretty darn good!

I've had all the dumplings here. They are authentic, handmade, and always delicious. For the area and quality, the price is reasonable. You won't get any better dumplings for a long distance in any direction. I can't rave about them enough!

My second go-to are the noodles with gravy - well seasoned, generous with meat/sauce, and perfect noodle texture!

Be prepared to wait - everything is cooked to order, but trust me, this is a good thing. I like to call my order in ahead for take out.

I love the Chinese speaking staff - they're always wonderful. I sometimes have trouble with the English speaking staff member who takes orders over the phone, but I've since learned to ask for a Chinese speaker.

5/5 for dumplings and "noodles with gravy", 5/5 for value, 5/5 for authenticity, 4/5 for service speed, but it's cooked to order so it can't be helped, just plan ahead.

The food, dumplings and egg drop soup, were superb as was the service. Also, the hot tea was excellent.

Just went back there again, second time this week, and also turned my neighbor on to this place, everything is so fresh and tasty and home made dumplings that are amazing.

It's a great place to get dumplings, I haven't had everything here though. It's a very nice place to talk as well, the tiger salad isn't as spicy as it used to be but it's still one of my favorite things to get. The egg drop soup is my second favorite and it's cheap.

Excellent. A bustling, humble, casual place for fabulous dumplings and more. Dumplings are unparalleled, service is solid, and the location is easily accessible. Perfect for a Saturday lunch with a friend from out of town, or when you are just craving truly delicious dumplings. Can’t wait to return!

The dumplings I had were delicious and made on the spot, and there were ample choices. My only complaint is that the food took a long time to come out, especially considering I only ordered one thing. I would still come back to try the different flavors and other things on the menu.

Everything was delicious. The noodles with gravy, pork and chive dumplings, and lamb and mushroom dumplings were all amazing. Sauces are also great.

Somewhat hidden gem. Awesome assortment of really tasty home made dumplings. Can’t really go wrong with any combo, my gotos are pork and shrimp and chicken and mushroom. Also great is the fried rice, the spicy veg noodles, and the soups.

I've had their dumplings before. And they're good.however, they change something in the menu. I went in by myself. I figured I'd order about a dozen dumplings like an assortment or three different types.the guy said they don't do assortments - that I have to eat all 12 dumplings of one kind. I said, but I'm alone you expect me to eat 12 vegetarian dumplings? I mean why can't I have four shrimp four vegetable and four chicken, for example. No can-do - it is the dumbest cuisine configuration I've ever encountered. I walked out. If you had three or four people then it makes sense go in order two or three orders of dumplings that you could share and split it, but if you're alone or even just two people, this place makes no sense.

Renovated (very nice) since my last visit a couple of years ago but the same, inventive and high quality mostly northern Chinese food at reasonable prices. Everything is homemade! Not your typical No. 1 Chinese restaurant like in every town. Highly recommend Palace Dumplings.

They also have Green Tea with boba & Brown Sugar with boba aka Bubble Tea, though I like the slushie style most that they don't offer.
If you are a foodie, you won't be disappointed.

Food is delicious. Sometimes is a little slow. If I order take out I usually arrive a few mins later then what is projected so I'm not waiting as long but it is worth the wait!

Good food, rude customer service. Called for pick up and guy was upset and literally complained how everyone is ordering for pick up. I just hung up.
