I am new to the city and was looking for a blonde specialist and Trish did NOT disappoint. I went in with some inspo pics and she was amazing at understanding and setting realistic goals. She SLAYED my hair, I am so happy! 10/10 recommend.

Wendy did an amazing job with my balayage. I had color done before and the roots were growing out. My hair was also getting brassy and desperately needed to be redone. The color came out exactly how I wanted it! Wendy's technique was great and she was very professional. She knows literally everything about balayage. I was blown away by the results. Ariel’s attention to detail is unparalleled. I’ve had the tape-in HotHead hair extensions applied for years at various salons and he BY FAR does the best job. I don’t feel them, they don’t show, they don’t damage my hair, and they grow out so well. I’m so thankful! Length, fullness, and color that I love. Go see him!

I am so happy I found this spot. My hairstylist was Wendy and she was amazing, she took her time to listen and understand what look and style I wanted and what my hair goals are. She built trust with me as a new client and I was completely blown a at by the results. She managed to make my hair look and feel healthy again while keeping the same length and not having to trim off too much of my hair. Brilliant! I am so overjoyed and would absolutely recommend her as a hairstylist and this salon to anyone looking for a true professional.

I am very pleased that I followed the expert advice of stylist Trish Cruz. I told her my hair felt frizzy, dry and dull. She recommended the professional keratin treatment as a great way to nourish, maintain and protect my hair. She also suggested the correct products that I should use at home to continue building the integrity of my hair strands and prevent breakage. I carefully followed her instructions and my hair has been soft, smooth and has movement. I love the results.

I’ve been seeing Brittany for almost ten years and Palms Salon is the only place I’ll ever go to! They are seriously the best for blondes (but they also are great with other colors and styles!). It’s so hard to find a salon that specializes in blonding and toning (I even moved out to LA briefly and still couldn’t find a salon that did blonde hair this well).

Brittany is so communicative with the process and pricing - she also is able to recommend additional treatments that could benefit your hair. But most importantly - she doesn’t “push” extras on you. I’m posting all my favorite looks from her and the salon. Every one at Palms is a pro. I can’t recommend them enough.

Wendy gave me an incredible hair transformation experience from start to finish! She was very attentive in understanding the look I wanted to achieve and giving me suggestions and reference pictures. She was a joy to talk to the whole time and she made the whole experience so fun. Wendy gave me insights on whether my sessions could be done in a single visit, or would require more time with this funny and amazing artist.
