Terrible realtor! Does not understand dual representation! She is lazy, selfish and condescending and you would be better off with someone else!

Working with Pam was awesome! She’s super friendly, responsive and great to work with. We were selling my mom’s home from out of state and had to count on Pam to do much more than usual. She came through with everything! We got five offers above asking and couldn’t have hoped for a better overall outcome. I’d definitely recommend Pam for either side of the transaction - buying or selling! She won’t let you down.

I cannot say enough positive things about Pam as a realtor. As first-time home buyers, we were nervous about the process, but Pam was incredibly patient and knowledgeable every step of the way. She was always available to us, including weekends and holidays, which was a huge help since we had busy schedules.

One thing that really stood out to us was how attentive Pam was to our needs and preferences. She listened carefully to what we were looking for in a home and made sure to schedule tours around our schedule. Even when she showed us a property that she was selling herself, she knew it wasn't quite right for us and instead of trying to push it on us, she told us she didn't think it was a right fit and showed us another house, which turned out to be the one! We appreciated her honesty and felt like we could trust her completely.

When it came time to make offers and negotiate, Pam was really skilled and we felt confident that we were getting a fair deal. She was also incredibly responsive and communicative throughout the entire process, which was especially important given the difficult seller's realtor we were dealing with, who sent Pam nasty, unprofessional emails and texts which did not phase her and she handled in a calm, professional way. Pam handled all communication with grace and professionalism, keeping us in the loop every step of the way.

Overall, I would highly recommend Pam to anyone looking for a realtor. She made the process of buying our first home a breeze, and we are so grateful for her expertise and guidance.
