Made appt for pedi and was told to come and when I got there they were clueless!
Honestly only gave them 2 stars, off the strength of them doing a great job on my feet. Went to do a full set acrylic on my hands, and It was horrible. 3 hours, no design nothing extravagant, and it was horribly done. Now I have to go else where to have them fix it. Never again.
Absolutely the worst acrylic set I have ever gotten! I asked for square shape and narrow on the side. I can’t even describe the sloppiness I received. The paint job was as if a child did it! 2 HOURS FOR A REGULAR ACRYLIC SET! No design, no jewels nothing just painted horribly.
The salon has a lot of new people and management in the last two years. I went one time asking for a design and the owner had to teach the person how to do the design. It ended up she didn't use the gel color it was the other bottle in the package which was a regular nail polish. The gel didn't dry I said it was clumpy as she was doing nails. It ended up not drying so it was damaged. I came in the next day to get a new set done. The person who did my most recent nails did great with the pedicure, but is a complete newbie on gel manicure. Luckily I have my own gel remover from Mani Moo. Go here only for a pedicure.
My 11 year old niece could have colored my nails better. That’s only the first of my issues. It took 3 hours to do a fill in on my own nails. The nails are super thick and this is after asking the technician to file them down three times. When she was painting my nails, technician stated that I should choose and forever hold my peace if I didn’t like them. Ummm last time I checked I am paying for a service. The technician was more concerned in getting her hair colored then doing her job.
Thank God for the technician (different one) who did my pedicure because she was able to save a little of my day.
