Panchita Grill, Deer Park NY

Ordered a #4.cheese burrito, beef taco, chicken enchilada. Red sauce on the enchilada was not that tasty. The rice wasn't to great either. Presentation wasn't too good. Have had way better.

The worst service I have ever received in a restaurant, they only asked for my drink and left but didn’t ask my partner until we asked him again then they took the family’s order that was behind us first (which we got way before them) after we receive our food the guy said enjoyed and left AND again I had to ask for the utensils, napkins and ketchup that we never received in the first place.the horchatas were 10$ each and margaritas 15$ each, too high priced for the sizes they came in.oh btw tips are already come included in the bill. Is the worst service and prices way Too over priced! First and last time I’m coming here.

Good place only be extra careful with the check the tip is included on the last receipt after they run your credit card they don't said a word about it. I myself tip on my credit charge and also gave them cash.

They have a great selection of authentic foods and decadent flavors. The decor inside is beautiful and artistically crafted, to give you a sense of being in a courtyard having a meal in an entirely different country. My wife and I have been going here for many years, staff has always been courteous, and the meals come out in a timely fashion.

Zero taste on the food, charging like $25 for a plate with some beans, rice and a piece of meat sounds ridiculous. First and last time trying this place.

By far the worst experience I’ve had in a restaurant, not only the service was poor, but when I mentioned to the waiter that I did not like my Enchiladas Suiza (because it was all kinds of bad) he walked away and didn’t even bother to offer a solution. I’m not a picky eater nor expect a 5 star service from any restaurant, but for over paying for a dish I expect for it to be at least okay. Would not recommend not will ever come back. Tip included by the way and my napkins came at the end of our meal!

Beware of the way they clean, no solutions were used when cleaning the tables, just a rag and a bucket on the other hand to discard any food particles in it and on top of that utensils are kept on the bare table without any napkins under it. In this hard times (Or any time), I think who ever risks going out
SHOULD PAY CLOSE ATTENTION TO THIS!

I’ll go to Pancho Villa any-day even with their credit card problem, Food is good there and most importantly reasonable prices.

Tasty food and drinks. Friendly staff. -2 stars for cleanliness, if my shoes weren't tied tight, there's a chance I would have lost one to the sticky floor.

This spot offers fantastic service and delightful meals. One of the best restaurant around town. The drinks and food came out quick and the prices were inexpensive. Recommended.

Beans were gray in color, mushed together and looked like mashed beans instead. The children's taco meal was a disgrace, chicken covered in canned tomato sauce and sprinkled with cheese, my niece threw a fit and made us try them and she was right, it was disgusting. The salsa they serve is straight out of the lowest quality salsa jar in the supermarket. Just save your time and money. I am Latina and eat Mexican food very often and this was not worth trying. When asked for the bill, the waiter insisted that the food coming out from the kitchen would taste better but we already knew we wouldn't spend another dollar there after trying the children's tacos. They think because the meal is for a child that the child won't notice the terrible quality.

Nice place, great food, but they are not good making drinks, the other day I had a piña colada and basically what they gave me was pineapple juice with rum, horrible

Bad service of those Colombian guys, old guy talking bad about Mexican food and only offering the Colombian (because is more healthy).
Young guy he was mad when we asked for water, the bills and tortilla.
His face was like stop asking me stuff.
They charged us 8 USD for tips for their service, they don't deserve so we left only 3 usd because we waited like 35 minutes for food and restaurant was almost empty (only 4 tables), they warmed the food in the microwave ; terribleeeee experience.

Attention was must towards bigger groups.food was overrated and overpriced dipping sauce from a Jar definitely, water was offered to other crowds but us.
