Panda Express reviews
16 Please don't go! This is a tourist trap.
They are very over priced for the very small portions of food they give you.
They have flavorless rice and they will count the shrimps they give you.
American Asian Cuisine is an insult to the Asian culture. Best part there is not one Asian that works there. They don't even try to make Asian food it is imitation Asian food.
Stay hungry or get pizza across the street your better off.
There rent is so high they have to over price. Best for them to shut down they take no pride in they food or customer service. I never shame a location this bad. But in this case they should just shut down.
Many people will just love this place you, know why because they don't know quality in what they eat. Smh

I ordered Fried Rice and Kung Pao Chicken. The food had no taste. It was just bland no spice. The chicken had to be thrown away. The texture is awful.
The food was okay. The steak was chewy. The teriyaki chicken wasn't great. I really liked the rice. It was clean and the staff was pleasant.
Always a good meal when its to late to start Dinner at a decent time. Good vegetables, chicken, shrimp. Will continue to be a customer.
Excellent, well-informed service! The pizza was delicious. We took a lot of pictures almost in every corner because we were so impressed with how this restaurant was set up.
EN - A good variety of dishes, very happy and enchanting personal and very clean place. Comfortable chairs and tables. Moderate price but big dishes (two persons can eat with one dish).
SPN - Gran variedad de platos, personal encantador y super alegre. Muy limpio con sillas, sillones y mesas comodísimas. Precio moderado pero grandes porciones (pueden comer dos de un plato tranquilamente).
My expectations for the good was higher. I had a similar dish at another Panda Express and liked it. This Panda Express was just okay
I would like to recognize Unique for her amazing customer service. During downtime I witnessed her cleaning all the stations. She offered me samples as soon as I approached. Quickly requested fresh veggies for my order and apologized for not having teriyaki sauce. As a crowd entered, I saw her care for each customer with efficiency and superior service until someone came to assist. You are lucky to have her on your team! Definitely deserves to be recognized.
This is one of my favorite places to pick up lunch at work. The food tastes fantastic, the service is excellent, It's quick to get in and out. I especially enjoy the charitable giving that they offer as part of your bill.
I looooove the orange chicken that is offered by this place. I lived in Florida a couple years ago and it was very common. In New York it’s not as common so I’m glad I was able to track one down. The service is quick and it’s pretty good.
맛있어요. 양도 적당함.
Chinese restaurant.delicious and reasoanble price.
If you just want decent fast food, go there.
Very nice staff who all welcome you upon entrance. Food was a little less portioned than from my home town and more expensive but the area is meant to drag money out of you. But I walked back to my hotel which took 20 minutes and was still very warm.
I love panda and this store is quite spacious for New York. The prices are a little more than what you’d expect for panda but hey welcome to New York.
First time going. The flavors are amazing! The spicy beef was a great surprise and I think my other favorite is their orange chicken. Their food Most certainly does not taste like your usual Chinese store.
Basic Chinese take out but more expensive. The guy also forgot to give napkins and utensils for my to go.
Absolutely disgusting! When the worker was getting the white rice she dropped the paddle on the floor and proceed to continue to use it to scoop out my rice. She then used it for the next 3 customers as well. SO GROSS! It has an A rating and the place is fairly clean. But I can’t believe that they don’t care about serving guests with clean utensils.
