I went to buy a rollerblades today. Robert was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products. He has perfect customer service skills. He is a real professional and it's highly appreciated.

Made an ignorant mistake ordering a high end performance rollerblade without learning about how shape of the foot matters in the wearablity of the rollerblade. My foot hurt so much from what I later found out from ROBERT from panda ski and sport that I bought the wrong shell design when selecting a pair. I always thought of what I wanted to do which is to go fast. I didn't expect the details hindered the experience. After some humbling education and some truly magician work and a hour of trial and error by robert. Did the skates truly came together. Thank you ROBERT everyone needs a educated friend like you.anyone who seriously want to avoid the mistakes just go see a pro and get it done right. Robert is the man to see.thank you panda ski and sport.

This was by far the best experience ever when it comes to rollerblade shopping! Joe and the rest of the staff were phenomenal. They went above and beyond to make sure we got the best experience. Since I am a beginner in rollerblading, he made sure I knew how to stride, coast and break. 10/10 would definitely recommend and surely come again!

Bright and beautiful store! I came here for some inline skates - the Rollerblade Twister Edge X. The only store in NY I know of that actually carries these hard to get skates! Kudos to them for their great selection of inline skates. My experience was amazing. To my surprise they were very knowledgeable about the products, thorough too! Rob went through a checklist of care & maintenance instructions with me and Mike (Sorry if I got your name wrong!) was super friendly and quick with assisting me. This is what you think of when imagine what customer service should feel like. Even the cashier was friendly, no gloomy auras here. They have a great selection of Ski/Snowboard gear as well as a ton of other stuff. I Highly recommend shopping here.

Walked in today and was greeted and asked what I was looking for. Perfect.
Was told to go to the back to get my item.
Andrew came up to me and helped me out and had some tips and tricks for me to keep in mind. Even a good place to go skate.

Great (and seemingly only) place in NYC to buy inline skates. Duke was very knowledgeable and great at helping me try out skates. Ended up getting the Twister Edges pictured. If you want to get into rollerblading, start here!

Have not alternative in this area. Not enough choice, no big discounts but nice, professional personal. Good for beginners.

This might as well be listed under magic stores because Robert, the owner, is a magician. Went to so many other places trying to find boots for my wide and tall feet. Nothing worked. Came here and Robert nailed on the first try. He spent time making sure all the details were right too. Highly recommend.

I just bought a pair of skis at panda at a great price. I bought a new set of golf clubs there last spring. Places like panda sport go above and beyond to service customers and I’ll cut them all the slack they need if they don’t want to be an internet try on shop. Support your local business owners. Price is only one component of buying a high end item. I’ll gladly pay them 20% or more on top of the “amazon” price to get great advice.

Nice people, but they did my bindings uneven I skied half a season without knowing, overpriced.

My son and I love this place. They did an awesome job sizing me with the best fitting boots of my life. My son was so sad returning his rental skis, but he did such a good job this year that I will get him new gear next season. I have been telling all my friends about Panda Sport. Go check it out.

Best ski boots buying experience, boots were properly fitted, molded to my feet. While waiting for boots to heat, coffe and tea was offered. Big selection on different brands, lots of 2018 models on sale. Overall great experience

Would highly recommend this store. Very helpful and friendly staff patiently helped me access every last thing I needed for a ski trip, and helped me get everything at a reasonable price. A little out of the way (so not too busy) but right off the R line so easy to get to.

Great place for ski/snowboard maintenance! It’s quick and charges a reasonable price. Staff are friendly and professional. One of my binding screw was so tight that I cannot take it out and eventually I stripped it. They helped me took it out and replaced with a new one without additional charge. Thanks!

Great selections for winter sports gear, very helpful friendly and knowledgeable personal. Awesome place to rent skiing gear for kids for a season!
