7I made a pickup order online a couple days ago. Yesterday I receive an email that the order is ready. I came this morning to pick up my charm. Three people looked for my charm for over 10 minutes. Then finally someone came up to me and said they know that they don’t have the charm in stock…. I’m confused why would I get a confirmation email which I showed multiple times. Along with my id. So then they said they are going to cancel the order and simply offered me to come into the store. The whole point of ordering for pickup is to not have to go into the store because I already picked what I wanted. And if they knew my item isn’t in stock why wasn’t I updated? This was my first charm order. And certainly my last. Terrible service all around.
We always go to this mall and Linda at the pandora store is so attentive to her customers and so helpful. She is amazing! She helped me pick out my very first bracelet and I love it so much we also picked a charm that suits me so well. She made my experience great!
Ordered online for pickup at the West Nyack location because 1 of the charms I wanted wasn't available to ship. Came to pick up the order around 7pm on a busy Sat night during the holiday season. There was a wait of 15-20 mins & an associate taking names on a tablet for a waitlist. I put my name on the list & told the associate I was going to the food court & would be back. (there's nowhere to wait outside this store, people are just standing around. I have my husband & 3yo accompanying me & I'm 7 mos pregnant) Admittedly it was more than 20 mins by the time I got back (toddler, bathroom, busy food court, slow moving pregnant lady) & was told my name was removed from the list & would have to be added back & an additional 20 mins I'd have to wait. I fully understand the store was busy but this is absurd. There has to be a better way. My order was PAID FOR sitting in a back room somewhere & there's no associate that's managing orders that were already placed & ready to go? I'm very frustrated. I'm not going back to the store & maybe I'm petty, but I'm cancelling my $150 order. It shouldn't be this hard to do an online pickup. I hope this store institutes new policies for future customers.
Walked in to this store unexpectedly and didn’t know what i would find myself into. As soon as I stepped foot inside i was warmly greeted and they showed a great deal of care for my needs.found the bracelet i was looking for and they even shined it at a good price for me! I can’t express how important good customer service is for me and im very grateful i came across such lovely people here at this store.i recommend anyone to come in and get a feel for the place! 10/10 service if i could give it!
My first, but definitely not the last time I’ll shop at Pandora! The Sales Associate was so helpful in picking out the perfect present for my daughter! She loved it!
If I could give zero stars I would. Came in yesterday to purchase the full little mermaid set and a young lady was very nice and asked if I had any questions to let her know. She went into the back and I approached the two lady's at that register who made eye contact with me after I said excuse me as they were scanning bar codes. One walked away to the back and the other literally grabbed her phone and did not acknowledge me. I stood there for a few seconds to only see both of them laughing at me and look away not to help. I just walked away stating you just lost my sale and will go elsewhere and they both just stood there laughing at me as I left the store. Very rude. Will not return
Staff seemed more interested in gossiping with each other than attending customers.
