I won’t be going back to this location, this 2 employees were totally rude, it was only one customer, her face expressions, actitud everything. Pandora should be more careful hiring people.

I hate leaving negative reviews but I can’t even grasp what my interaction was today. The store had just opened and there were 2 employees in there, one was helping 2 women. I hopped in the little line walkway and the other employee approached me and asked how she could help me. I told her the bracelet I was looking for and she simply said yes we have that. Didn’t move or welcome me in. Uhhm okay…so I told her I was curious about the sizing and I wasn’t sure which size to get. She asks what size my wrist is and I told her I wasn’t sure. *awkward silence still standing outside of store* she then goes I guess I can measure your wrist for you wait here (because clearly I’m not allowed in I guess even though I’m trying to buy this bracelet) she comes back measures my wrist and tells me I’d be a 6.9 in the bracelet and I can go online and just select that option. (Why would I go back online when I just came to the store to buy it?) The interaction was so uncomfortable & unwelcoming I gave up and left. I go online to buy the bracelet and 6.9 isn’t even a size it’s only 6.7 and 7.1. So now I don’t know if I should go up or down in size and I don’t even wanna go back to the store to try it on and figure out if I’m not gonna be welcomed in? The store just opened, there was no line and only 2 other customers inside and I was there to buy a bracelet. Do better lol

One of my favorite stores! Never disappoints. I always manage to do d the perfect gift. My kids just got me the perfect Mother’s Day gift in May. I just went and got a smaller size. The woman that helped me was extremely nice, patient and helpful. Their new line of Disney charms is absolutely adorable!

Haley working with customer service was absolutely amazing.she helped me pick out my jewelry and made sure it was the exact one i wanted.she is the best worker there and deserves a promotion.pandora please give her a promotion! She deserves it you just may not see it but she is so kind to everyone there!

Went today to buy some earrings for myself and was being helped by ashley who was so polite and amazing.she helped me picked gorgeous earrings.unfortunately ill be giving this place a one star review because of the manager or the “older lady” who was being rude to the employees, she had a nasty attitude and seemed miserable, i’ll definitely be going to another pandora store!

I was here a few weeks back to shop for bracelet for my mother's birthday and I had a great experience. Kaneez helped me right away. She is very knowledgeable and insightful. Helped me make the right choice and was patient with me. I'll definitely be back to see her.and probably do some shopping too

Wow what a wonderful experience. I had to exchange the size for my girlfriend’s bracelet, and Kaneez was such a delight! The manager was the worst.
Went to exchange something that I had a month and she said no because it's green and that I got it wet.
Made it clear I didn't and it is policy to exchange and they had the replacement and she choose not to exchange something within the one year warranty.

I loved my first time experience there. Michelle was sooo patient and professional. I recommend everyone to go there.

Fran my sales associate was simply amazing, so helpful. She went above and beyond she helped me pick out jewelry for myself as situated my charms on my bracelet, Fran made me feel at home.
