Panera Bread, Webster NY

As I have enjoyed going to Panera bread for a simple coffee and bagel,
Today 9/15/2029 my wife and I decided to stop for coffee and bagels which turned out to be a mistake!
As we were greeted nicely, but then while trying to place our order the woman was getting confused as to what we wanted and had to step away and ask someone else about something,
What we tried to order and we kept having to tell her what we wanted and she seemed like she didn’t understand what we asked for.
2 large coffees
1 chocolate chip bagel toasted with cream cheese
And
2 cherry vanilla bagels both not toasted with cream cheese
She totaled our order up, she gave us the amount at $x, xx then to $x, xx to a completely 3rd price. I then asked for said order to be canceled out and for her to do it again or for someone else to retake our order and one other woman just looked at us and the group of workers fixing other orders and didn’t even come to see what was wrong when I spoke up to be heard as the one woman walked away because she gave us the price which change 3 times needless to say we didn’t get anything nor did anyone else come over highly disappointed the people at the holt road Webster location need better training in customer service

The food is good and staff is friendly. However, my wife and I have been commenting on how the tables are ALWAYS filthy. It's like nobody ever cleans up after people leave. Thought it would be better during COVID. I was very wrong.

I have always been a huge Panera fan and bring my family of 5 at least once a month. However, since reopening after their Covid closure they use all disposable dinnerware and utensils, which I shudder to think of what that does environmentally. Not quite sure why cleaned dishes aren't ok anymore, you use them at any other sit-down restaurant. Secondly, because of that the portions are significantly smaller, and it seems as if prices have increased. You almost expect the price increase, but not the size reduction on top of it. Disappointing, as I was a huge fan and it was a go to place.

Well I can officially eat soup on a 90 degree day. Only for you, Panera! You can eat inside or outside too!

Spend over $30 and they can’t remember the bread. Call and they say it’s not their fault and to call grub hub. I didn’t know grub hub gets the orders ready

Very nice panera. Were very efficient with our order. Also this is a test kitchen so there were a variety of offerings that were offered to see if they would be popular.

Compared to experiences over the last year, it seems the prices are higher and the food was just a bit off.and my pet peeve is the drastic reduction of dessert offerings. But I still like the brand.

As a vegan, you would expect some familiarity of the staff with ingredients, and more than one vegan option on the menu. When the young man responded that the Greek lemon chicken soup was vegan, I knew that would be my last time in Panera. The other responses of three people were “I don’t know”. Adios.

Got prickly pear fresca. Was different than the last time I got it, didn't care for it as much this time

Healthful food. They help the handicapped by carrying their tray. Good beverages for non-soda drinkers.

I usually come to this place with a hope to return but, not anymore. There almost all the tables were dirty, there was a leak in the ceiling and their smooth cheesy Mac & cheese down graded to to a gross chunky texture.hopefully I can return to a better quality

Healthy choices as well as great tasting food. Staff is friendly, helpful
and always marking sure the dinning area is picked up and clean. Panera is a go to place no matter where you are located or traveling. I know you will enjoy eating there.

I had the strawberry poppy seed salad with chicken. It was a delicious salad and the half size is perfect! It was filling and satisfying. It's probably my new favorite

Love there food. Great place to just hang out. It has a very cozy and has a very warm vibe. It is a little expensive but worth it.

The place is filthy. There’s gnats and fruit flies flying all over the pastries in the front. Coffee is always empty, the bathrooms I was filthy and the employees taking orders are just nasty. The presentation, quality, cleanliness and service friendliness is not comparable to most Panera that I visit. I would never go back to this location after seeing those gnats! Clean your drains!

First prelims/finals swim meet for my son. We wanted to eat somewhere that had healthier option since he had to be in the water again in two hours. Service was fast even though it was very busy.

They have the absolute best salads and their soup in a breadbowl is great. They have convenient mobile ordering but the wait isn't usually too long.

Everything is fresh, the souffles are fantastic, the drinks are great, the staff is always friendly. It's one of the few places I can take my son to eat and he actually loves their food which is by and large, good for you

As always as always the service was excellent, the store is exceptionally clean and the coffee and the food were both hot and very good.

Every time I come to eat here they never have the bread bowls! 5 times already! I won’t be going back again.
