Cafe Panera Bread reviews
17Ordered on App. Ready for pickup in FIVE minutes! Fabulous Egg, Bacon, & White Cheddar on Brioche Sandwich! Yummy.
Not happy at ALL. I expressed to the lady I wanted bacon, egg and cheese. I don't know how she gotten a Mac n cheese out of it. Panera, is pricey and I don't mind. Went to Camillus Panera the day before order missed up now Fayetteville. I will just save my money
From 5 stars to one. Lousy service now, never a correct order, unbelievably slow, poor quality, high prices, and constantly out of stock of key ingredients. I am amazed that this location is still in business, quite honestly! It is just not worth it, and if you MUST have Panera, there is a better one nearby.
I stopped coming to this Panera a couple months ago because the management is a disgrace. They do not care about their customers or employees; I know from experience here. I had an emergency in the family after losing a loved one. I called in from the hospital and management yelled at me for not coming to my shift, and then hung up on me. The management doesn’t care about their employees and especially not their customers. I also found the facility to be disgusting. I stopped coming to this Panera after seeing the disgrace of management and where the food was coming from. Drive another few miles to DeWitt, you will have a much better experience in all aspects.
I usually go to the Panera in Clay, but was in Fayetteville and stopped here instead. This is what the chicken looked like on my strawberry poppyseed salad, tasted completely inedible and was gooey and fatty. I brought it up to a worker and they told me the chicken is all “pre-cooked” so they “couldn’t control it. ” Won’t be returning to this location.
Typical Panera. Great Mac and cheese, and good service. They give you a lot of salad dressing which was awesome!
It has been a long time since I have been in Panera. It was different. I never made it to the counter to order just used the self order pad. It was okay.
The staff are excellent, hard-working, and have been a joy to work with throughout the pandemic - this comment is a reflection of whatever is happening with the management. Most of my regular lunch orders the past two months have been missing ingredients or I've been overcharged for items that aren't being included with my salad/soup. I hope things turn around soon.
I really enjoyed the 4 cheese flatbread pizza, new to the menu since my last visit along with a mango smoothie.
Food was good but the cashier didnt have enough change n just gave me 15 cents! Owed me 66 cents. I said thats not enough, she says well I dont have any change is that ok? Umm do I have a choice?
Went here for breakfast two days in a row because it was so good. I recommend the cinnamon swirl raisin bagel!
Nice restaurant. I hope Panera sees this and gives a little more credit to a man named James. He is so kind and yet it was SO busy and understaffed. It didn't seem to effect his mood much, just happy as can be.
Fayetteville, NY location has really dropped off. We have been customers since they opened in Towne Center.
This morning was not a good experience; ordered breakfast sandwich with egg, cheese and bacon on chiabatta. I found what was prepared to be less than satisfactory. The bacon was chopped and there was very little of it. You needed a microscope to find a piece cheese. I brought the sandwich to the manager in the cooking area.
Her reply “ we are low on our supply of bacon”— I said you have to be kidding and whoever prepared this sandwich should be fired.
Standard offer from her: Do you want another sandwich or your money back?
I went for a return of my $5.50.
Suggested she walk across the parking lot to Tops and buy all the bacon she needs.
Panera management just does not care.
My wife ordered her favorite sandwich on the sprouted grain roll. You guessed it, they do not have that roll today?
I did have a good cup of light roast coffee. I went to top it off and the light roast had run out. I pointed that out to the counter person. I opted for hazelnut while light roast was replenished. I finished an entire medium coffee before the light roast was replenished.
The Fayetteville location needs a lot of help and personnel that wants to do better for their customers.
Managers can make a difference if they want to.
This location isn't bad, but it was dirty. The seat benches were full of crumbs and the table was not wiped down between customers. During my visit I saw no one wiping these items as people left. Other than that it is what you would expect from Panera. The food was not bad and the pastry tasted fresh.
It was very busy today but my order came up quick! Love the Tuna, turkey chili and summer salads.
This is the worst Panera! Terrible staff, has never got a take out order right. Teriyaki bowl was teriyaki soup…. Disgusting. Go to the one on Erie Blvd
Ordered chicken noodle soup, but got no chicken nor noodle in my soup. Only carrots, a lot of carrots.
