Panera Bread, Little Neck NY

Panera Bread in Little Neck is a healthier fast food option. It's located in the Little Neck Shopping Plaza which has ample parking. They are usually busy so it's good to order via the app if you know what you want. My favorites are the turkey avocado BLT and the vegetable soup. The chicken soups are good as well, coffee is just average.

Definitely an over priced sandwich, presented in a very superficial way, too. The wait time for it was pretty awful that day.

The staff is friendly, the service is quick, and the food is fresh. I will come back to Panera, Little Neck.

Worst experience ever! They confused my order with someone else’s after I continuously told them that the other person received my order and the other person also telling them that they receive the wrong order, they still continued to make both of us seem like we’re the wrong ones and act like they gave the right order instead of correcting their mistake. The other girl next to me was waiting for her order for like 30 minutes to be corrected. They took her drink to the back and brought me back my drink and I really hope that they didn’t just swap the lid because the other girl had already took a sip from the drink. I don’t trust this place and never coming back again! Disappointed!

They boarded up the front and reopened the Panera. They are once again operational. See updated photos. Still have coffee pickup but no Tea options in front.

This Panera location is now closed due to a car driving through the storefront. Hope no one got seriously injured. Hope they rebuilt soon and better since most of the staff was pretty friendly.

Terrible kitchen management. First of all, if the order is not ready, don’t text your customer saying it’s ready for pick up and then let them wait for another 10 minutes. Secondly, someone seems like manager is just so rude. If you make mistake then just apologize for it. Don’t act like it’s not your fault and blame the customer for being frustrated. Last but not least, if you are wearing mask, don’t leave your nose outside ok?

Not many outlets to get work done. I was also served cold food but didn’t say anything. Overdressed salad and missed order notes. I usually order to-go at this location and they’re usually pretty good for the most part. Today, I actually had some time to sit down for breakfast today and tried to use it as an opportunity to get work done and decompress before heading to my first meeting of the day. Inconsistency?

As busy as this Panera Café can be, in NY, service runs very well and modified orders have always been correct. Plenty of seating is available. Restrooms are clean. They have better coffee than some other Panera Cafés I've been to. Parking always easy and available.

I don’t recall if there has ever been a time when I wasn’t dissatisfied with this Panera. Somehow they manage to either mess up an order, run out of ingredients, lemonades are room temperature…. Please please please save your money and go elsewhere.

Not only did I have to wait and watch many people who ordered AFTER me get their food before I did.but hours later when I decided to eat my sandwich, I look and realize that they didn't even give me the sandwich I ordered. I am so tired of this place. The last time I was here I waited forever as well. Terrible terrible experience.

I always go here and it has amazing service, clean, and delicious food I swear try the bbq chicken salad idk what they put in there buts it's amazing 10/10

Worse Panera location ever. Order ahead is almost never ready by the time promised. They constantly forget to put in the sides and their sandwiches look like a 3 year old put them together. If there was another location closer I would never go back to this place.
