ISA the manager is a wonderful man. So sweet kind and accommodating! I loveeee it here! Best Panera everrrr! Even the cashier girls just amazing? Her name is Roshana and she is my favorite!

First time at this Panera, love the service, busboy was very courteous and respectful as well as the cashier. Great employees.

Came for a Delivery order and was highly unsatisfied. There are no adults managing the restaurant and the workers are unprofessional. When I arrived, they lost the order. Further, they suggested that the order would take an hour to fulfill.

The lack of time is inefficient- especially, when taking into consideration that the customer already paid for the order and I have a given time frame to deliver.

It's evident why the restaurant is hiring- there's a lack of enthusiasm and poor management.

Always wonderful experience here. Drive through is a breeze. Online order and pick up is also easy. Love the soups. Staff and manager are always very helpfu.

Place is dirty! All the tables were dirty and when asked to clean them, the kid came out with a dirty rag and wiped the tables down. How is it that he is wearing a mask for Covid but is ok with wiping tables down without using a disinfectant?

Smaller panera with a drive thru. It always seems to be a step behind. We arrive at 9am. No muffins out for breakfast no bread cut. No ice in the machine all charged drinks are still frozen. The store has been open 2 hours already. They also beg for tips on a huge scale. There's a huge box on the desk and the staff force you to answer a tip question on the machine before they complete your order. This location is a stop by only if you have to.

Had placed an order for food the day before and some how got the wrong meal stopped by today and Hannah fixed my order and without issue. Very happy with the service today thanks Hannah!

This is the worst Panera bread ever! There staff are soo bad. Always something wrong with my order! It’s always missing something and then I have to go back!

While the staff was friendly, the restaurant was not well kept with tables that had not been wiped down between clients. The wait was entirely too long - at least 30 minutes to get the food. In addition, the napkin dispensers were empty. A roll of brown paper towels from the bathroom was left on the counter for clients to use instead of napkins. Disappointing experience.

By far the most awkward and disappointing Panera experience. Ordered a cinnamon crunch latte but asked if it could be prepared with non-dairy milk. The cashiers response was that she didn’t think so, so I told her I don’t want it then. At that point she said let me check with the back. She returned to say they could make it with almond.

Got our buzzer and sat down and it went off immediately. Went to pick up counter and clearly nothing was ready. They asked what order I was, then said I needed to pick up in the front. Went to the front for food then returned to pick up counter for drinks. When handed my latte I asked “this was made with non dairy milk right” and the woman acted annoyed and said “it didn’t say almond” and then hastily threw it away like I just inconvenienced her.

Asked for napkins. They didn’t have any. There was an industrial roll of paper towels on the pick up counter.

Never again.

And the latte was awful. Fairly certain it was just microwaved almond milk with cinnamon sprinkled on top. Right in the trash!

Great customer service, and very nice, friendly employees. It is relatively clean and although the food is a bit of a wait, my order is always accurate.

First time and will be my last time! Never in my life have I had a dry asss sandwich it was bad! Chicken wasn't even cooked properly! It looks like whoever did it didn’t put much effort just threw the whole thing and packed it my worst experience ever with food so far unbelievable!

I felt the need to really give a great review, today I went panera and experienced the best customer service a person could ever receive. My order was through the drive thru. Thank you again for the wonderful experience

Go to the drive through right before closing time, all I wanted was a drink. The girl came over the speaker and said “we’re closed” and I responded with “I thought you’re open til 9” and then all I heard was a click and nothing. Drove around to the front where customers were still entering the door. Very very unprofessional.

Terrible customer service here. They don't know what they are doing here dispute the charges
