Panera Bread, Riverhead NY

The girl that took my order over the phone was very pleasant. Kristen. However the pizza we ordered was terrible. Not a good taste. Didn't even taste like pizza. Would never order it again. And not inexpensive.

Garbage in my food. Called corporate. They are in no rush to correct it, initially offered a gift card as if I’d eat here again. They state a refund could take 30 days or more.

The service was friendly, But when I asked about the soups I was told to read the board! Soo much for suggestive selling, but the service was again friendly.

The cashier was extremely rude. She had a hard time hearing me and gave me the ugliest attitude. I would never speak to someone that way. Of course it wasn't her name on the receipt so I can't even say who it was.

My favorite time of year, autumn soup! Miss the Mac and barbecue chicken. Food and service are consistent.

Panera makes the best, freshest food. It is so tasty and good for you. I love all things Panera, and so do my fussy kids.

Love everything at Panera. Everything is fresh and the bread and pastries are the best- never any heartburn after indulging.

I love the unlimited club well worth it and the spup and sandwiches are always good at this location

Always a great fast food place to get lunch or dinner quick. Bread and bagels surprisingly good. Salads, soups, bowls and sandwiches taste healthy. If I have a choice between a fast food drive thru and Panera, I'll always pick Panera. By the way, they have the best coffee around. Any Panera is good, they are pretty steady with their service and their app is great.

Every time I go to this Panera it has the highest quality. This time when we went the food was ready before we even sat down. Incredible!

The one thing I was looking forward to having (butternut soup) was no longer available. Ordered the chipotle chicken and the amount and size was too small, don't know if I'll be returning.

Complete waste of money. Used to love this place but its throwing away money for what you get now. I just paid $20 for two pieces of cold bread and half a slice of cheese.

Green goddess salad and the tomato soups was very good. Service on a Saturday afternoon was pretty good. This place has never disappointed. Worth the trip

Rediculosly exspevive for what you get now. I ate at the Riverhead NY Store. I get that everything is more money now. But Panera cut there 1/2 Sandwich to a 1/4 Sandwich now. That and a small soup is 13 dollars. If you ate at a Diner it's about the same, but with far more food. It's not really that good. Even the bread was a little stale.
I'm moving on. If I ever do go back, it'll be for Cookies and Coffee. That they are good at.

The manager goes beyond his way to offer stellar service. Very nice and accommodating. I never ever had such a great experience in any other Panera.

Got a deli turkey sandwich. Only two slices of turkey on the sandwich. To much money for so little food. I don't know of any deli that would make a sandwich like that.
