Panera Bread, Greece NY

I was looking forward to trying the new chicken sandwich but when I got it the lettuce looked like it had either been frozen or rotten, see picture. It was very dry, not hardly any aoli sauce on it.
I was very disappointed.

$13 for ONE chicken sandwich. I could go across the street to Chick-fil-A and get a better product for less than half the price.

About a week or so ago I ordered pickup through the panera app. My order was all sorts of incorrect. I called, and the customer service was amazing! They mailed me coupons for a free meal and for some free drinks, AND the manager offered to walk over my correct meal (because I work in the mall) for free. I turned it down, but I really appreciate the offer, and awesome customer support!

The store is supposed to close at 10pm. I got to this location at 950. They told me that I could bot order a SMOOTHIE nope I didnt want food just a small SMOOTHIE. Because they had already donated all the left over food to charity okay I'm all for that but what the hell does that have to do with a SMOOTHIE?

Placed custom order for a party and went to pay. They said they don’t take cash-only credit? So I took my business elsewhere and saved myself $80 on the entire order. Lost business (several hundred $$$) and a customer. Oh, wait for a word of mouth to spread too. Great doing business with you-LAST TIME!

I went there on a Monday at 8 pm. They were out of white bread. I asked for a discount. They laughed at me and said no way. What kind of service is that. The drive thru little girl. Needs a serious attitude adjustment. I got home, what a joke my grilled cheese is half what it should be. Never again will I go there. What a joke. Serious rip off.

This location used to be pretty good but now it seems they've gotten stingy. They are always out of rolls when we order which can be as early as 3pm. How can that be unless they're hardly making any to start with to avoid having any leftover as closing. We always get soup but since they are always out of rolls we have to get the French baguettee which have become so thin and hard they're almost inedible. Such a shame! They are over priced for the quality and selection they have. The do quite often get our order wrong too even though someone signs the receipt stating they verified the contents.

The staff is friendly and amicable and they do whatever they can to make your experience there a good one.
They will replace dishes if you receive something you dislike or it was poorly made and they have excellent customer service.
I also used to work here (which makes my review a bit biased) and they are accommodating to your schedule and everyone is helpful and supportive to each other.

Love the place. Always clean and food is excellent. Very cozy place with a fireplace going. Food is always hot even picking up. Staff is very helpful and friendly. If you haven't tried a soup and sandwich combo before. Go there! Well worth the price. Better then fast food! He unhealthily version.

My grandmother has been in the hospital for about two weeks. I went to Panera today because she has now been placed in comfort care to enjoy the last part of her life. She loves the broccoli cheddar soup from your restaurant and asked if she could have some. I went to the Greece location and was struggling with what to order her, how much she could eat, and immediately the staff were attentive and patient with me. When I mentioned this is for my grandmother and her condition, I went to go pay only to be told it was on them. They even threw in a cookie that I know my nana will love. It is kindness like this that helps in every. My nana is super happy to be able to have something she considers a comfort food during her final time on this Earth. Thank you for being so kind, Panera! It means everything.

I went to Panera Bread in Greece NY today and they were so kind and inviting. We had a problem with our order and they gave us a brownie on the house. The atmosphere is cozy and I love the food. It's fresh and delicious, never disappointed going here.

Last time we went I got a avocado turkey club and I had them put it on sourdough bread instead of the ciabatta and the sourdough bread was very very very soggy it fell apart when I picked up the sandwich not very pleasant That's why they probably suggest the chapata heavier crusted bread

Love the variety and the nutrition information. You can eat as much or as little as you like. You can watch calories or indulge. It has gotten a little expensive so I can't visit as often as I'd like.

Very good the cashier that took our order was very polite and respectful made great recommendations we look forward to returning.

Delicious as always, staff was super on top of things. Manager was assisting with helping guests get their food. They took our plates for us.

Quality foods fast service, golf pricing. Good to go solo or very a group together. Skip the fast food, they have drive through and advance ordering via the app. Rewards program too.
