Panera Bread, Rochester NY

DON'T ORDER ONLINE. They completed my order but didn't put it in the correct pick-up location. I had to get the assistance of a worker to fine 5 it took forever to find one. I asked for garlic aioli instead of mayo because I hate mayo, and they gave me mayo. They also put pickled onion on my friend's salad instead of my sandwhich like they were supposed to.

Great food, great people, sadly, an insufficient ratio of booths to table seating (only two four top booths?).

Didn't eat anything, but that's a common theme probably, orders take 45 minutes to process at peak times, and the staff is incredibly unhelpful and rude, told me to help poor soup if I want my order faster, even though I was picking up for door dash and the order was completed on their stupid screen in the cramped hallway with one seat, I'm taking a wild guess their food is overpriced too, please stop eating here so much.if I'm gonna wait 45 minutes to get 4 bucks to deliver your food then I'm just not going to deliver from Panera anymore.

I loved going to this panera until I found a magget in my salad.when I brought it to one of the employees they said "oh yeah that happens all the time. Would you like me to make you a new one? " I said no, I want my money back and I haven't been to this panera since.

If you’re thinking about coming here early, don’t. I was there at 7: 20 and waited nearly 30min to get one lemonade and a oatmeal. Their wait times are absolutely ridiculous

Disgusting slop! All 3 different orders were gross and mushy and slapped together like a 2 year old made them

Just stopped in for a snack.bagel and drink. It's a chain, so they're mostly all the same.

Yummy. My sister and I got the strawberry salad and it was so very delicious, highly recommend.

It is definitely not worth the money charged for it. I can make the same thing at home for pennies on the dollar. A toasted baguette with acouple slices of forest ham and cheese for 10 times the amount over the fair value. BS. Well not again. I have the common sense to not be taken in again by fancy words and misleading marketing pictures. Fool me once, I won't go back to be bent over again.

Glad I paid almost $14 for a Mediterranean grain bowl with chicken to get 2 tiny pieces of chicken shoved under half a bowl of hummus. Thanks for ripping me off again Panera. Won't get anything from here ever again.

Takeout counter is extremely rude, pretty disgusting attitude for the price they charge for mediocre food

This was my 1st time at Panera Bread I'm very disappointed I don't think I would ever come back again because The amount of salad that was put on my sandwich bread, What's the amount of $2 of food on my sandwich

Disappointed that panera has removed the hibiscus ice teas. They have placed the flavors with high sugar and caffine to the ice teas selection. Only thing available is black tea no sugar with caffeine. Shame on Panera for not offering the caffeine free and sugar free ice tea option.

Food is good. Service is order at counter and pickup there. Folks behind the counter got my food out fast but one was on their phone. A bad "look". But biggest issue.behind the counters did not look clean. The one in Webster was the same a few months ago. 2 Paneras I won't resist.: - (

Ordered a coffee today 6/5/2023, , went to pour coffee, empty dark roast, went back and said nicely you are out of coffee, employee with attitude said ya I got you. Stood by coffee a couple minutes and girl never made a move to get coffee or let someone else know.saw another girl near food on her phone and said there is no coffee, she went right back and got some. Advice to Panera, treat customers with respect and not with a snotty you are bothering me attitude, stay off your phones and work. You are there to work not catch up on social media.

We are regulars at Panera, but the Henrietta one has been SLOW the past 3x. Cashier's are fine, but food prep workers have no urgency and seem to be talking more than preparing food lately. Yesterday was too much though. It took about 20 mins to get our lunch, then it took 45 minutes to get two salads to go. The whole waiting area was full of people and I never heard a worker or the manager say anything about why it's been so slow, or say sorry for the wait.

The cobbs salad was delightful but the Flatbread Pizza was horriblee! Worst pizza I have ever had, there’s no sauce on it. I do not recommend the pizza but Salad is good.

They gave me 3 and said you never ordered the other two so when I went to pick up one of the bagel the white washed lady said you really gave her the bagel, like I was offended, like they are really rude workers, this ruined my day (Workers name was -Lexi)

The food is decent, but the wait times are atrocious unless you order in advance for a specific time (and sometimes even then). I also recently found a fly in my Greek Salad, which was gross to say the least.
