Panera Bread, Cicero NY

I will not apologize, I freaking love Panera. It’s just good chemical free healthy food with a sidebar of treats and bagels. Their marketing of the unlimited Sips club gets us in there several times a week, and we regret nothing. I’ve long since given up trying to find the best place to eat in Syracuse because things come and go so fast. And I’m not ashamed to say I ate dozens of the strawberry poppyseed salads. Sometimes a few in the same week. When you find something seasonal you love, you gotta let it know if I have but one regret, it’s that they never brought back the maple scone after covid. PLEASE! The orange is delicious, but gives me a touch of the gerd…

As an aside, while trying to gain weight after cancer I ate one of their kitchen sink cookies almost daily (450 cal). I was 60 pounds and needed to gain 50. Y’all helped, thank you!

Cashier was rude and seemed annoyed that I dared use my free coupon since my last salad had hair in it. They have been out of the poppyseef dressing for a week.

Very busy at lunchtime but staff was very cordial. Food is individually served to make sure it is hot and fresh which it always has been. It was my granddaughter's 6th birthday and they gave her a cookie which meant a lot to her and her mother and myself. Everything was phenomenal.

I'm a delivery app driver and the wait staff in here treats drivers poorly.
For the record, drivers may check the tickets for item count & customer name even though the wait staff said.it was the correct order I needed.
We're just doing OUR job and double checking, it's not personal.

Not sure who they think they are in there but I'm working just like this wait staff is working.

So save your attitude for someone else. Also. A driver can always "decline" an order and walk away from you and the establishment to leave the order sit right there. So please consider that when you're being unhelpful and mean.

I ordered a turkey avocado bacon melt at the location in Cicero, NY and I had food poisoning all night. Will not be ordering from here again.

The service was fast and correct. We took it to go this time. The food is consistently good. In the past, getting the right order when using the app was always risky. Though I now go there and place the order and things have gone much much better.

The tastiest food anyone can buy. A little on the expensive side but well worth the taste!

I had Mexican corn chowder delicious, and pizza also delicious. I think the price was a little high but than everything is.

The service was good. Everyone had smiles and was nice to talk to. When food was up nobody said anything and it took a few seconds for us to realize the food that was up was ours. It was though. Prices were kinda steep for the size portion. I liked the small booth for seating as there was only 2 of us. It was clean in the dining area. I'm just glad I had gift cards. Not something I'm really interested in again

I normally have a reasonable experience at this Panera. I don't order coffee often but when I do I prefer a mug as opposed to a paper cup. The mugs that were on the shelf for me to use we dusty and not clean. I don't know if it was the mug or the salad I had but this last visit gave me the worst food poisoning I've ever had. Who ever was working in the kitchen Saturday 3/11 does not know how to keep clean.

Busy this Saturday morning. Still clean, good service, fast food preparation and not too loud.

The women that run this Panera early mornings deserve a raise! They are the most caring hard working helpful employees! I’ve never experienced such great customer service! They treat you like family when you come in they remember your name and order! The attention to detail and amount of care Is outstanding I’ve never seen a grumpy look on these lady’s faces! I could go on all day, you just don’t get that kind of customer service these days! My favorite Panera by far because of them two hands down!

Love their 2 for 1 or whatever they call it, had french onion soup, (could have been a bit hotter but was warn, and greek salad. Always delicious. Great service, Thank you!

Definitely a Favorite Go-To in any US City! The Quality and Consistency of Ingredients and Selection is a No Brainer. My Faves are Pick Two Green Goddess Salad, Butternut Cream Soup, Brownie with a mug of Herbal Tea

Twice we have ordered pickup and the orders were wrong first time we were missing a sandwich, I called them and was made to feel like I was lying, with the person insisting they put the sandwich in the bag. This time we were missing a half sandwich and the deli turkey sandwich had no turkey on it. I did not call this time because of how she made me feel last time.
