Panera Bread, Rochester NY

Panera has been my go-to for a while! Perfect to sit down and chat with a friend or to get work done. The food taste wayyy better than the average fast food joint, and the sip club membership is worth it!

Expensive for product. Soup always very good. Person who took order very nice, pleasant. Staff from kitchen okay nothing special.but overall not worth the price. Bowl of soup had as much as was in my cup definitely not even close worth cost of bowl over price of cup.

Good breakfast sandwiches. A little chintzy on the espresso though.
Autumn soup was fabulous

My broccoli mac and cheese was awesome! My salad was great as well. Lemonade.so tasty! Thank you for such greatness and freshness!

A great place to sit down comfortably and enjoy your meal! My Bacon Turkey Bravo taste fresh! The drinks were cold and delicious! Great for a summer day!

This day I was alone and I sat and ate a late lunch, while my take out was ready. It was a peaceful late afternoon. I enjoyed my soup and sandwich. My take out dinner was for three of us.

I have lost count on how many times I have ordered food from the Irondequoit restaurant and they get it wrong almost, I say almost every time.

So so tired.love Panera in general but this location really needs to get their act together.today “we are out of the soup you ordered. ”. Ok can I have tomato instead.sure they say.go home and they give me a cup when I ordered a bowl.they forget the sides, or the croutons, whatever.even forget a whole sandwich one time.

As much as it is a pain in the butt, I just need to drive the extra 2-3 miles and goto a different Panera restaurant. I have gone to the greece one and never had an issue.been to the one in pittsford and webster.never a problem.the Irondequoit location uggh I guarantee there will be a mess up in 1 of ever two or three orders.this is my last ditch effort hoping the manager of the restaurant or owner will fix that location.

Mac and cheese was yummy along with a strawberry salad and drink. Saved with frequent purchaser's club.

Quick coffee break.order and pay at the kiosk. Easy. Very friendly and polite morning service, and fresh baked cinnamon rolls with coffee.

Served me a grilled cheese sandwich that was NOT grilled, just warm bread, Luke warm cheese! An apple that was not sweet. And a great cup of soup.

Breakfast sandwich overcooked and smushed. Just looks awful. Extremely disappointing experience. Although the manager asked if I could come back he’ll remake it, it’s a little too late, though the thought is appreciated

I am very disappointed. I ordered a chicken cobb salad, paid for a chicken cobb salad and when I got back to the office after a 30-minute round-trip drive to pick it up, there was no chicken. When I called the restaurant, they told me I could come pick up a new one. I told them that I couldn't take another lunch break and spend the gas for another 30-minute round-trip. I asked for a refund which they claimed they could not do. It feels a bit like theft. I paid for a product, didn't receive that product & they won't refund me, even partially. $13 for some lettuce, some dressing and an egg.

Came in on my lunch break. Waited in line.ran out of time. Never even ordered. Bummed and hungry.

Manger has a huge attitude. I got there to pick up an online order. And she says your orders for 8: 31. It was 8: 20. I said ok and that was it because i was confused as to why she was saying that. Then it hit me she was saying that basically telling me I don't care if you're here early and we are dead with no customers you're still gonna wait till 8: 30 to get your meal. I ordered 1 salad 2 people came after me ordered 3 or 4 things off the menu and received there before me. Terrible customer service I will not be back.

I ordered a breakfast sandwich. It's the one with eggs and and spinach. I love spinach but it was too much. It was literally falling out of the sandwich because there was so much. On the contrary, I was given a small piece of avocado and a few pieces of bacon I had added on. The bread was hard, probably the driest sandwich I've ever purchased. Please do better.whomever made my sandwich.

It's a Panera but the staff is extremely nice and the food is above average for a Panera. I recommend this location over others.

Definitely better Panera's around rochester, This is the absolutely worst one yet, don’t waste your time or money!

Very busy during lunch hours, highly suggest ordering in person rather than using the online app. Customer service is excellent; Addanah went above and beyond; will definitely be back.

Love the food. Especially the half and half combos. The meals are great, but not a fan of the baked goods. Except for the cookies every other baked good tastes kind of dry and stale.
