Panera Bread, Middletown NY

I am deeply saddened over the fact I have never eaten here before! The food is absolutely amazing! Best Greek salad and Best tuna sandwich I've ever had!

If I could leave zero stars I would! Through Uber Eats I placed an order, which contained “Strawberry Chicken Poppy Salad” I ordered it without “blueberries”, it arrived in a timely manner but to my surprise had no strawberries. I called the “restaurant” and spoke with the manager “Art”, who after three minutes of telling me that I have to call Uber Eats and take it up with them, informed me that they are out of strawberries and that it is a corporate issue lack of communication between Uber Eats and what the “restaurants” actually have in stock. I asked him for the phone number to the corporate office, because why should I call Uber Eats? The driver didn’t forget my strawberries. Art informed me that I can “look it up online myself” clearly Art needs training in customer service skills. I contacted Customer Service Corporate who was nice enough to take my complaint about Art. I also informed Nicole that I was on the Middletown NY’s website and I could indeed place an order for a Strawberry Chicken Poppy Salad. Not really likely that they are out of strawberries, someone just dropped the ball. Had to email Uber Eats. Panera in Middletown used to be a decent enough place to eat, sadly the only thing that they have continuously been is a disappointment 3 out of 3 orders in 3 months they’ve lost my business. And to add. I placed my order at 4: 45 pm, at 6: 19 pm I am their website to order a pick up and that salad is still showing available, its not an Uber Eats issue, having a 3rd party simply gives Panera employees another avenue to not assume responsibility for their lack of service.

I enjoy Panera bread locations.when I want to get out of my office for a different environment I can count on Panera Bread. I can have my lunch and still work hard. The only downfall that I have with them right now is that the tables was not serviced. I know workers are hard to come by right now so I am giving them 5 because it's not there fault but I would recommend this place

Expensive, and sandwiches have little to no meet. 7 dollars for a half sandwich that doesn't even have meat on it is crazy.

Panera bread is one of the healthiest and all natural places to eat, the salad and the bread of fantastic and so are the soups I would recommend getting the pic 2 soup and salad. Panera bread is the way we are supposed to eat food completely healthy.

I always like to go to Panera bread in between work and college classes. Most employees are very friendly and I really enjoy their food. Of course it is quite over priced and can get crowded at times. Overall very good place to eat.

Hand sanitizer dispenser was missing from the wall and, literally, no pepper packets in the store.

Omg by the time I sat down my bagel was cold.waited 20 mins for coffee that had already expired 2 hours before. Flies were present in thw seating area and the wifi was incredibly slow.

Good soups but tuna salad tastes like it's made with Miracle Whip not mayo. If it's just a spice mixture leave it out.

Although the service was really good the atmosphere of the establishment from what I once knew and fell in love with wasn't there. Panera isn't the place of coziness, a nice study environment, or welcoming vibes to buy more that it once had.

Grilled cheese sandwiches were burned. Poor quality food for the price. Small soup and sandwich $12.
