Panera Bread, New Hyde Park NY

Baguette was off, it did not have the usual crisp crust. Texture & color not the same, purchased @ 303pm 7/6/2020

The food is good and the store is clean. You're safe to eat here. There's only 1 thing I noticed repeatedly about this store. The people who make your food look very angry most of the time. I understand that these workers are not the people who have point of contact with customers, like the cashiers do, but they're unapproachable. If you need to ask them a question, you get a mumble under their breath, and a very annoyed reaction. It's quite uncomfortable. A smile goes a long way especially when you're treating someone with respect, appreciation, and kindness.

Great food including soups, salads and sandwiches. It's pricier than would be expected but it's all organic which leads to that. If you eat inside they'll give you regular utensils and bowls so make sure you ask for containers if you want to take something with you home.

This is the worse Panera’s Restaurant I’ve ever been. It was my first time in this location and honestly I left very dissatisfied. Most of the tables were dirty, I don’t know if they don’t clean them after the customers eat. I ordered a southwest salad with chicken, and guess what? It came without chicken and looked like my son made it.

Very disappointed.

Nice open restaurant. Staff is friendly, offered to pick up my plate after I finished my dinner. The fuji apple salad was great and fresh. The dressing was not over powering. The kitchen sink cookie had strange sour after taste. The decor was open and inviting with the front wall being a big window.

You can expect great food and great service. The wait time however can be annoying so order ahead.

Has a nice atmosphere and good coffee, but the food is extremely bland with poor portion sizes.

Overall, it wasn't a very satisfactory experience. The rooms weren't that clean but it would do. The food is overpriced, and not very tasty. And It also took a tiny bit too long to assemble a sandwich. I had a lobster roll, which was 18$ and tasted about 10$ too much. The lobster in some places was dry, it tasted a tiny bit fake, and they put too much mayo, trying to mask the flavor of the lobster. At least it came with free chips.

Broccoli cheddar soup in a bread bowl is great, surprisingly it fills you up, in terms of drinks the green tea is probably the best tasting

The restaurant is clean, the staff is polite and accommodating and the food is amazing. My only gripe is that they don't deliver to my house.and I don't live far away at all.

The food is good but the wait for it is terrible. I can visually see staff but they are way too busy laughing. I understand it may be a long day but it shouldn't take 15 minutes for a salad that is truly sad. I really hate coming here due to time. Plus its like the staff is in slow motion. They need to get it together!

Nice quiet place to have some good food staff was nice plus it's on a strip mall and various place to check while you there

Food was great just wish they gave me utensils with my 2 go order. The parking is good and the place looked clean.

There food and bread also drunks aee amazing. Thet are mouth watering jaw droping delouis foods. That is all i have to say.my mouth waters just thinking about it!

The smallest Panera I’ve visited thus far with limited seating. I also found it a bit dirty and the area where you get your drinks and napkins not very well maintained. Could have have been just an off day but was disappointed nonetheless.

Good food, excellent service, very clean, just wish they were affiliated with ubereats. I think if they had delivery, Panera would be perfect!

Very popular Panera with at times tough parking up front but with a big parking lot overall in the shopping plaza area. Food is accurate and inside is clean. Overall nice experience.

The water for the tea is cold and not been changed for 4 hours and most of the time it's empty the worker sits and does nothing got to dun'kin donuts and have hot tea

Went in like I've done many times before when I saw the person at counter wipe his mouth w/his hand and then went for my slice.
When I stopped him asked him to wash hands. Owner said he's a young boy he don't know, told him wash your hands. Went back to work.
He dipped his fingers in water drying fingers on his clothes.
Told them keep food and left.
