Cafe Panera Bread reviews
28Another very good dining experience at this Panera Bread restaurant. Been here several times and always good. Good place to go for a quick bite while out shopping, or just if you're in the mood for a soup, salad, or sandwich. Food was hot and tasty, and specialty coffee was prepared correctly and tasted great. Polite and helpful staff. Quick service. Ample parking. Clean, neat, and bright surroundings. Clean restrooms. WiFi available. Speed/self-serve kiosks available at the entrance if you want to avoid the line ordering, or have sight/visual problems (as I do; BVI poster).
I am sitting at panera waiting for my food.it had been almost 20 minutes.it is not very crowded but low service.need to hire more ppl ASAP.still gonna eat the food though.
Wife and I came here for a quick bite to eat after work. We used the self-serve kiosks which worked very well. Our food came out quickly. My wife was shocked that they knew where we were sitting, but the server explained that the pager and the tables have magnets in them that transmit the location of the pager to their computers. I took two stars away because my chicken was still pink and my pasta was partially still cold to the touch. This experience affirms why I don't enjoy eating here.
Always a great meal, nice selection of foods and pleasant staff. Quick and easy to order plenty of seating.
Always an enjoyable dining experience at Panera.
Food is good, customer service is awful. Went in for a fundraiser night and the shift supervisor, Liz, seemed irritated that their flyer said presenting an electronic version of it was acceptable. She rolled her eyes and said "whatever, just do it" to an employee. We did not feel welcome at all.
Very good place, very good and organized service, bathrooms are clean. Can not wait to go back.
Food here has always been good but so expensive for what you get. I mean 10.00 for two breakfast sandwhiches? No coffee or juice.
