Panera Bread, Tonawanda NY

Picked up my food and it looked like someone just threw it together. Hard piece of bread just sitting at bottom of bag not wrapped in anything. Just lazy service

Great crew. Outside could be cleaner, if that's the sort of thing that's important to you. Helpful employees who are generous with delayed orders and missing items. They make it right.

I always enjoy Panera however my most recent visit was very unpleasant, after getting my Food I went to sit at a table and it wasn’t cleaned with crumbs of cheese and bread over the table, so I went to clear it myself as I have done before, as I was grabbing the cleaning towel a loud condesending voice came over from the food prepper saying “it’s not self serve”. This would‘nt have usually bothered me so much but I had already had a bad day and her attitude of first not cleaning the table and then instead of offering to clean it when she saw me grabbing the towel, decided to tell me off for doing her job.
There are much nicer ways to go about this and I hope they can take this into consideration in the future, everyone is struggling a lot with COVID and this attitude doesn’t help.

I love Panera! I've never had anything here that I didn't like. The menu has a huge variety of options. I like the turkey bravo sandwich. Now that's it winter I get the tomato soup also. They offer it in a bread bowl.yum! Everything is fresh and made to your liking. They do offer sweets too. I love the lemon cake and the brownie, but they have many more to offer. Such a great place to have lunch with friends or a meeting. Whatever is left at the end of the day, Panera donates it to charity. How wonderful is that? Fabulousness all around! OH I FORGOT THE DRIVE THRU!

Very organized and quick service. My order was ready fast and everything was right. The French onion soup is super good!

Great food, just a little pricey but with the updated look and service system, I am ok with it, they have self service kiosks you can place your order grab a tag and take it with you to your seat and they will bring the food right to you, really nice and quiet place to just relax and have a lunch, I recommend the Cuban sandwich and blood orange lemonade

There are certain items that are great and others that are misses. The quality and portion of the food has gone down while the price has gone up. Panera can do better.

We come here every week and the person we give our order to somehow screws up our order almost every time. They over charged us almost $5 today and the managers only way to fix it was to give us a free cookie because it was "too busy". What a joke.

This place is welcoming & non-pretentious. Baked goods and lunch choices are extensive & yummy

Excellent service and wonderful food. Highly recommend the Thai salad and broccoli cheddar soup pick 2. It is really good. I added cilantro, onions, and other veggies. A+

Just went to the Sheridan drive location. A little disappointing. Mac and cheese came out in a dirty bowl, dirty silverware [had to change it twice], the man that brought the food out was wearing a filthy coat. Floor was pretty dirty despite not many people in there. I eat there quite a lot and never have seen this before

Service somewhat confused but the manager was gracious and helpful.a little difficult to get by with a walker

Good location, staff is friendly and helpful. Food is 5 year old approved. The remodel is really nice.

Went to the location on Sheridan Dr. Ordered the bread bowl with soup. Omg it was really delicious. Customer service was amazing.

The employees are always going out of their way to make sure you have a great experience. The food is amazing, definitely try their smoothies and bagels. It is a calm place to do homework or study or just anything. 10/10 would recommend.

Well. Actually just had coffee. Very busy place on a Saturday afternoon.everything was very clean and food looked awesome.

Tried the new sandwich "the Italian " and new spinach bacon salad. Both were excellent. I would just ask for salad dressing on the side.
