Food was delicious! The service was very slow for a Wednesday afternoon but pizza and pasta were good.

Food was delicious and filling. Had the peach sangria ️️️️️. I had the shrimp; hubby the scallops; mozzarella en carrozza for an appetizer. Everything was delicious. Sat outside which was so pretty! Service was ok. We never received any foccacia when we sat down. Otherwise everything was good. We will be back.

The staff is all about team work. The best way to improve and grow your business. I love it.

What an incredible experience! Just like back home in Italy! The Antipasto and pastas ware out of this world I’ll definitely come back to try the rest of the menu. Qui si mangia bene sembra di essere in un ristorante a Tropea!

Panini grill has always been nothing but accommodating and wonderful, we love the food, the service and the atmosphere. My family and I are Never disappointed when we dine! The cacio e pepe and buratta tower table side were a wonderful addition!

Whenever I visit my sister in the Island, definitely we all go to dine in at Panini Grill. Staff is great, owners are nice and friendly. How many times I went there I was satisfied with the high quality of customer service. I can talk about their food forever ;) so juicy/cheesy

I've been looking for a really good Italian restaurant that served delicious food and is reasonably priced since my favorite restaurant, Trattoria Romana closed. I just found it. This is not the Panini Grill from a few years ago. The food is so fresh and the portions are so large that I was able to make 2 meals out of my lunch special of grilled chicken over broccoli oreganato. I can't wait to try out the rest of the menu. We will be going back on a regular basis.

We’ve been going here since they first opened. Never had a bad meal. Pizza, pasta fagioli, paninis, entrees, they have it all! Love their tomahawk for 2!

Went for the limoncello class. Staff were great and very responsive. Food however was not up to par. It was a pre -fix menu. Caprese starters were good. Penne vodka was very bitter. I could not eat it. My entree was fish oreganata which was a bit bland and undercooked. I would go back to give this place another try. Not sure if cooking in mass is the best way to really judge food quality.

Me and my friends went to this restaurant last Monday, from long time I wanted to go this place, finally we went last Monday, guys we really like this place, beautiful place, nice hospitality, clean and best thing is foods, oh my goodness it was super delicious, we enjoyed some drinks to, they have nice drinks menu, and big variety of food items, I tried one there panini’s, so delicious and one of my friends tried vegetarian pasta and other one tried seafood pasta, and they giving you a delicious appetiser, it was a house baked bread and some kind of delicious spreads, I couldn’t finish my meal it was so big, try this place guys it’s worth, thank you panini grill we really enjoyed your beautiful service and delicious foods. Will come back again. Wish you all the best guys thank you

This neighborhood eatery is a standout in an area with a great many good restaurants. The atmosphere is Tuscan-ey, the servers are really warm and friendly and the food is really very good! There are some happy surprises that bring a smile to your face! I had a small Margherita pie and the pomodoro was so fresh and clean! There was a sweetness in the caramelized onions that went wonderfully with the basil and tomato’s and cheese. The crust was thin and sort of crunchy in a really nice way. My wife had a chicken Parm panini which was super nice. There was a daily soup special of chicken vegetable and rice that was wonderful. Someone ordered the chicken broccoli oreganato lunch special which is also a really popular item. If you have a few minutes order “The Donut” as a dessert. They make it from scratch so it takes a few minutes. It’s crispy and full of canolli filling with ricotta whipped cream and raspberry and chocolate drizzled all over and it’s the size of Rhode Island and it’s crazy delicious. The whole place feels very intentional in the best sort of way-thoughtful and informed by a love of good Tuscan food.

Panini grill is a top notch restaurant in Staten Island. The food is delicious and they even have a full bar
