7Wow they dont know basic service industry methods. Customers need to be treated with respect but if they are rude, just ignore the customer and say thanks and sorry. It's easy and you won't get such negative reviews.
My baby shower is coming up next month and with all the expenses I could not find a throne chair to rent for myself in Brooklyn at an affordable rate. I came across Paola's Party Land and was able to find a single throne chair for $150.00. They seem to be the most affordable in the area and the chair is in good condition. I recommend them.
I'm a local and I like to shop locally whenever I can. But I had such a horrible experience that I will never go to this store again. I'm pregnant and wanted to buy some decor and gift bags for my baby shower. The moment I walked into the store I felt unwelcome. I wasn't allowed to look at any merchandise or touch anything, even though I put whatever I was looking at back in its proper place. If you want to feel unwelcome and like a criminal go to this store. There's plenty of other stores on Jamaica Avenue that welcome you and are actually helpful. No need to go to a store that is rude to its customers.
Used to be a nice little store. Now they have so much in there that don't fit through the isles.
We do events often so customer service is very high on my list! Jen exceeded my expectations! The only reason why I didn't give 5 stars was because we had trouble connecting in the beginning of our transaction which almost made me seek another vendor.
But because I understand how busy vendors can be and what it takes to plan an event, I persevered anyway and Jen was ready to accommodate my changing needs. My balloon arch was beautiful and exactly what I ordered. She was upfront, personable and flexible. I enjoyed working with her. Thanks Jen! Until next time!
