Papa John's Pizza, Bronx NY

The customer service at this location is very very poor they need to get rid of the staff there I place an order 45 mins before I went for pick up and when I got there I was waiting for 10 minutes and still not ready and the cashier was giving me an attitude as if I'm begging her some thing, she shouldn't be allowed to deal with the public they will never get my money again

Ordered online. Pizza was steaming hot and fresh, and made perfectly. Pickup was easy and it was very clean inside. Cashier and manager were very nice

I've ordered twice from here and the food is just bad. The stuffed crust pizza is 90% crust and then the pizza is super thin. Which makes it so flimsy. Even when I reheat it, it doesn't get crispy. It's like soggy pizza. Regular pizza looks stale upon arrival. Just no.

. NO ONE was wearing a FACE MASK at this location. Completely disgusting
And no care for their customers safety and completely go against CDC regulations for restaurants. They also closed their doors and said they were closed at 9: 50pm, they originally close at 2am. Not sure what that’s about. Will definitely be reporting this restaurant to the New York Department of Health and the official NY government website.

I ordered I have a 4 year old child I can’t not come to the front of the building because I paid for delivery at my door, when I called the person who informed me that my deliver where outside I told him why don’t he comes inside my apt. Because I can’t he said to me If you don’t go outside then you won’t get any food. Ook! Lack of customer service I won’t order there anymore matter fact I deleting the APP! Hire people that want to give full service

Pizza was delicious, great presentation and hot. Delivery came faster than quoted time and Driver was hospitable and professional. Ordered online the process was fast and easy! Two thumbs up.

The order was incorrect and after returning to correct order wings were cold like straight from the refrigerator. Pizza was also horrible, won't vist that location again

The worst experience I've ever had! Walked in, there were over 8 employees in there! Any of them greeted me! I stood there for 15 minutes and NOBODY asked me if I needed help!
I ended up walking out! I would NEVER in a millions years come back to that place nor will I recommend it! The sad thing is that, I've been a customer of that place for yearssss!

After the delay experience l had with Dominos. I switched back to papa John's there delivery is always on time.

They delivered the wrong dessert, and they forgot one of the 2 liter drinks that was in the order. Neither the delivery guy or the store manager did anything to fix the issue when they ensured that they were going to.

Food is always hot and how people going to say they have awful table when this is an express place u guys are silly

Ok they get 2 stars because we like the pizza.but the service sucks. We've ordered 3 times in 2 weeks and each time we got the wrong drink. One day they called me to come down and when I did they didnt have my order they comped nothing and still brought the wrong drink. They need better training for their staff. I understand its the "hood" but its no excuse.

They have the WORST service ever. Regardless of how busy they get, they don’t know how to maintain professional attitude. The person who picked up my call and laughed at me to tell me that delivery was 45 minutes to an hour. I personally don’t like such negative attitude.

Waited over 40 mins for my order and when I finally called back, she said “owe we were trying to get in contact with you”. Um no you weren’t. They never called and never made my pizza. Wasted my time. Never ordering from here again!

Chipotle.wings an.garlic knots.
They told me 45 mins.

This place is the worst ever customer service is unbelievably horrible. Do not order from this place it is complete garbage

They constantly get the orders wrong and mix up orders. Twice I went in for carryout and they boxed my order for delivery. They had to make my order again and made me wait an hour for an order that was supposed to take 30 minutes.

Service is awful. You are better off ordering a carry-out service or frozen pizza, because they don't grasp the concept of delivery.
