We really like Papa John's Pizza at this location. Good prices.

They're very quick. We've never had an issue with our order.

The Philly Cheese Steak pizza was unexpectedly good! Plus the garlic sauce makes it over the top! Great job guys!

They messed up our order so many times, and when we would try to confront them about it they wouldn’t do anything and just put us on hold.

Pizza taste good, it's a little greasy and a bit expensive but overall a happy experience. I got a large buffalo style pizza, had just the right amount of spice and kick.

The music was so loud in store nobody could hear us but pizza was really good other then that

I will never patronize this location again. Today I ordered 3 pizzas and they were all over cooked, and the taste was not good. I called and encountered the worst manager I have ever experienced in my life. After explaining the above to him he asks me what do I want him to do that they were busy and things happen. He said he could discount my next purchase by 20 or 30% or he could remake, I told him I live over 20 minutes away but the discount was not good enough so He could remake them. I advised that Some of the slices had been bitten but that I will put them back in the box he said my new order will be ready in 15 minutes. He calls me right back and says make sure you bring all the pizzas I said I am aware and I have placed the slices that were bitten in the box he tells me no I cannot take that what am I gonna show my manger, you have eaten the food. I said seriously I have kids and they bit a couple of slices and I have them, you gave me bad product he said I am not taking them back, I asked for corporate office and that I will file a complaint he yelled and said call and make a compliant and hung up on me. I called back and the same rep names Abmere who transferred me to this manager tells me he doesn’t know which manager I spoke to because there were so many, I asked for anyone of them and he places me on hold and comes back minutes later to tell me no manager is available and that there is no corporate number only the store number. I took the time to write all this out because this horrible service from this particular establishment should be known. I will be advising all my friend and family to avoid this location. I have been eating Papa Johns for over 20 years from Fort Benning Ga all the way back to Buffalo NY. Such a shame that this location does not represent the company’s integrity and values.

The food was delicious today.
However, you did forget to add sesame seeds to the crust.

Unfortunately, I was quite disappointed. I always have enjoyed Papa Johns…this time, however, everything was way overdone. See the Garlic Bites in the picture…Why would the manager allow burnt food to be served, rather than correct the problem for the customer. Pizza wasn’t any better…. At least they got paid…terrible experience this time in Amherst, NY…

This location has many blind employees leading the blind. Why is it so difficult to READ the slip and get all of the items I paid for. Again. READ the delivery instructions, so you know which door to greet the customers and delivery the food and not have the customer walk out to the end of the driveway.

Always the better pizza. Just so far away from me.the jalapeno popper dough has NO CREAM CHEESE. I have ordered it twice and both times, zero cream cheese and dry. Very disappointed with that

Very quick with pickup orders within 20 mins I was able to pick up my order I love papa John's and wished there was still one near wehrle and transit

Awful experience. Ordered a pizza, got a completely opposite one of what we ordered. Called to get a refund because we didn’t want to wait another 30 minutes for a replacement and employees refused to give one. Will not be ordering from here again.

Pizza! They get it right 80% of the time. They neglect adding sauces sometimes but that's why I keep a large jar of what I like to dip pizza in at home.

Love this location! Staff friendly, food always on point, clean and highly recommend if you are a Papa John's pizza lover like myself!

It was really a great experience with the stuffs, Mr. Ahmed, Mr. Khairul, they are really nice people, and great food with great service. Much appreciated.
