Doug Pearce and his staff are very compassionate, kind and hardworking, very professional and extremely thorough. It was refreshing to leave his office without feeling the usual stigma and uncaring chronic pain patients normally face! Doug knows how to treat you with care and respect while following strict NYS laws and guidelines! Thank you to Doug and his dedicated staff for making me feel human again!

Doctor was very nasty. Said I would have to release my confidential therapy records. I said I was not going to do that as my mental health records have nothing to do with my pain. He scheduled a teleconference with me, and never called at the time he was supposed to. His staff had even called the day prior to confirm my appointment. Left three messages on their voicemail, and never heard anything back from anyone

My husband was a patient of Dr. Pearce. At first I would have gave him 5 stars. In June my husband went to go see him not feeling well due to having his leg amputated about a week before. Dr. Pearce recommended him go to the ER. He never filled his script for his pain meds. He saw him once after that and gave him a 10 day refill. My husband never got that script. His brother ended up picking it up and never gave the pills to my husband. Since then we have called numerous of times and left messages for the doctor to call my husband. Dr. Pearce has not once called him back. My husband has been without pain meds for almost 2 months. Dr Pearce don't have the courtesy to call my husband to let him know what is going on. In this case he is not professional at all.
