Mary Valdez is disgusting. Before she got there the service was 5 stars. Because of her I am completely done with Acura!

Im absolutely disgusted with Paragon and would NOT refer anyone there. Since I have leased my 2019 acura rdx she has been nothing but problems. I have been at the dealership for service over a dozen times and still have all the same problems. My radio cracking, my driver window keeps needing service, she has left me stranded twice cause a recalls. I went there for service Monday only to be met with the new service manager Mary Valdez who is absolutely horrible. She is a woman on a power trip. She will single handedly flush that whole service department down the drain. I guarantee it. Everyone else is nice but they all can't stand her. I wish I could save those poor service workers that have deal with her nasty attitude daily. She speaks to her workers as bad as customers. I have been going to paragon since before she was a thought. They lost my business for good and I literally can't wait for these last 6 months to be up because i am done with Acura cause of that woman. Acura is all hype! They r beautiful cars with a lot of problems n to be met with nasty customer service just made it worse. Any one I know will also be ending there leases as well. I don't recommend this place to anyone especially for service. Don't do it!

Went from 2019 Blue Aspec to 2021 Silver Aspec. Love the car. Hannan Z and Alex M were very helpful. They were able to secure the numbers that worked best for me and my family. I will recommend all of my friends and family to Paragon Acura. Hannan Z.and Alex are Top Knotch and are excellent at what they do! Thanks Guys!

I purchased a 2017 mdx which I fell in love with in 2020. Fully equipped beige leather sun roof and it had the technology package I also added the Acura care. I recently took my vehicle for service to another dealership who stated I had no Acura care. I made calls for two weeks to pagaron Acura, Acura corporate and no one resolved my issue till I spoke to Justin. Justin even called me back on his day off from his personal phone. He ensure all paper that was not taken care off at my time of purchase, was completed walked me through the process and calmed me down as I was furious by the time I spoke to him. He is definitely the best part of Paragon Acura, I would definitely take my business back to him in 2021 when I plan to lease a brand new mdx.thank Justin Hili your outstanding!

The worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. Absolutely unprofessional and disrespectful to customers, treat you like a trash. It’s really sad that great cars are represented by such people. We’ve been coming a few times regarding our application and every time we were sent home without the definite answer and never heard back for weeks. Working as first responder working during pandemic you guys had at least give me some respect. New manager Merrie or Marie needs training in how to be a decent human.

My first time visiting this specific Acura dealership and the service I received when inquiring about the RDX was less than optimal. The sales person I dealt with was Thomas Ng. The initial introduction was good, but my mom who was with me kept asking questions which I can understand that it can get annoying. However, as a salesperson, isn’t it your job to reign in your emotions and not raise your voice at my mom? You’re in sales, it doesn’t matter how many questions one asks, there should be no reason to raise your voice at my mom or aunt who are trying to look out for me especially when buying a new car. And don’t make me feel dumb and give me an attitude saying that there are no other dealerships that are willing to sell below sticker price due to the parts/car shortage going on and tell me to go off and find another place just because I won’t fall for the scam of buying a car at higher than sticker price. Did not enjoy my experience here one bit and I definitely wouldn’t give my money to a dealership that scams their customers and gives their customers an attitude.

Edit: also just remembered that Thomas said there were no RDX cars to test drive when I first asked him, which was a bit weird but whatever. Then when my mom asked him to test drive, he asked if we were going to purchase the car because we couldn’t test drive unless we were seriously thinking about buying it. My mom had to hassle him into allowing us to test drive the RDX which shouldn’t even need to be the case. Who needs to argue about test driving a potential car? Highly wouldn’t recommend this place or Thomas.

Having great customer service is always a plus and you and your team exceeded my expectations and made me feel like I was part of the team. From Elsa answering my questions and contacting my insurance, Sayed for his financial wisdom and the guy that helped set up my Bluetooth (sorry didn't get his name).

Paragon Acura 100 % are unethical, lying thieves that pray on customers. I was made to believe that my car could mot be safetly returned and driven unless I did some kind of fluid break flush. Yes in hindsight shame on me how dumb am I. But when specifically told its unsafe to drive your vehicle and you need your car you do what is necessary. I have 2 small children and wanted them to be safe. Upon calling my regular car mechanic WHO JUST INSPECTED my vehicle he confirmed what a scam they are running and that I was taken for a fool. Well I will continue to fight this and let everyone know about their unethical practices. Of course they won't return my call.

We had an issue with the moonroof on our Acura RDX that spanned weeks to fix. We were at our wits end, when the AMAZING service manager at Paragon, Mary Valdez, completely saved the day. Mary is professional, cares about the customer experience and most of all, is solutions oriented. She had our car fixed, and delivered back to us washed, detailed, with an oil change within 24 hours! Instead of giving us the run around, Mary got us immediate answers to the moonroof issue and found us a solution when no one else could. I can’t speak for the service department as a whole, but hands down, my family and I absolutely give 5 stars to Mary for her dedicated efforts — she is truly the best! If you’re running into a service issue, ask for her by name, you won’t regret it.

They lied and said they would just check the car to see what was wrong with it for no charge.they said that on the phone.they charged me for a service i only inquired about the price for and never asked for them.and they overcharge for bs.

Azmain was an amazing salesperson walked me through the whole process explained everything in detail and made sure I walked out the dealership with exactly what I wanted. Definitely look forward to purchasing vehicles from Azmain and paragon Acura for years to come.

If you want to be treated like family, Paragon Acura is the place to go! I went to Paragon to lease my first car, and Justin Hili provided such a wonderful experience. He was so patient with my questions. He walked me through the entire process and broke down each complex component in layman's terms for me. He was able to find me the best car that suited my lifestyle and for the best price. Additionally, Mohammad Farooq further assisted me. He was so kind and gave me his direct line in which he answered all my questions and concerns in a very timely manner.

I shopped around the area, and I can say with certainty the customer service and prices are unmatched! An 11/10 experience!

I recently purchased a 2019 RDX and had a great experience at Paragon Acura. My sales representative Alex Castrillon was very professional and knowledgeable about the vehicle I purchased in addition to other Acura vehicles at the dealership. Great customer service! I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for an Acura vehicle. I would also like to acknowledge the top notch customer service provided by one of the branch managers Justin Hill who ensured any issues or concerns were addressed before I closed on my purchase. Thanks again Paragon Acura for a fabulous car buying experience.

Cindy called me to follow up from the previous day i was looking for a car. She called tell me she had a 2014 RDX with 33k miles. I asked her 5 times to verifies the information with me and she did with the price of $18,875. I knew it was a deal and i tried to buy the car or reserve it through the phone she said i could not do that. I got to paragon within 1 hr after I get there and no one heard of this car. The sales man was Looking they don’t even have it in stock. Then the managers just says oh that’s not for sale after asking multiple times and speaking to Cindy multiple times. They tell me it was sold. Sold the car within the 1hr it took me to get there And no one heard of it or seen this car. Sounds like a bait to just get me back there and push a completely different car on me. Never doing business with this place again. Zero stars never doing business here again and will be sure to tell my friend a not to come here!

I been buying/leasing cars from this location since 2011 when I met Peter Pazmino. Peter is like family since that day, any time I had to switch cars he's been nothing but attentive and helpful in providing the right guidance and assistance. Any time I need a new car, I can text him and he will reply within seconds, he's communication is top notch. Peter's honesty makes buying any car / trading a car a breeze. This time he connected me with Kelvin Miller who was amazing to work with and Peter provided a great value for my trade in vehicle. Spoke with Kelvin on a Friday and was able to go in the very next day. The whole time Kelvin make sure everything was taken care for and assisted in every step, making the process seamless. Kelvin went above and beyond on getting a great deal despite the car shortage. If you need a lease/new or used car I would recommend Kelvin and Peter. They both treat you like family and keep in touch even after the purchase. Overall amazing service and environment.

Worst dealer in Queens. Before you buy a vehicle from this ppl make sure u inspect every single detail with the car and the paper work. First of all their prices are one of the highest around. And they always have the excuse is because the inventory is super low that’s why the cars are this high in prices now. ALSO IF YOU HAVE TO DO SOME SERVICES MAKE SURE THEY LEAVE EVERYTHING CLEAN CAUSE ALL THEY DO IS MAKE A MESS ON YOUR CAR DAMAGE/DIRTY everything and at the end not even a detail will take h to the damage away. My history is so long that I cannot even explain well. But just pay attention to all the details and check the vehicle well before u get it.
