I made an appt for 5: 45, showed up at 5: 45, and at 7: 05pm, just ended up leaving because doctor hasn’t even come in. It was a waste of time, when I inquired why allow patients to make appointments if its not possible, the male receptionist responded: no reason, some days are better than others. Quite nonchalantly at that, I guess its common. Lesson learned, do not trust zocdoc recommendations.

Excellent service. Dr. Issacson is the best! He walks you through everything that needs to be done and he is very comforting to nervous patients. He did my surgeries on my feet and had a great turn out. His staff are warm, pleasant, and professional.

We are very happy with process with my son today the Doctor Judah and Marlene are the best!

I have had a good experience so far. I’ve came for just a check up and ended up with an Achilles problem. I’ve been directed for physical therapy and it’s been okay so far. I had the most pleasant experience when coming to see Doctor Ernest L. Isaacson he was very patient with me and gentle he listen to everything I had to say and gave me very helpful tips and offers. He’s very friendly and informative. He cares for his patients and their needs and I’m very grateful to find an amazing doctor like him.

I found this location on ZocDoc. Hurt myself on Tuesday and was able to get a 10 AM appointment THE NEXT DAY! X-ray done on site by a lovely nurse. Answers within minutes. I was in and out within 40 minutes and that was with paperwork. Doctor was professional, kind, empathetic and informative even while I laughed the entire time (I laugh when I'm nervous). I def found my new favorite podiatrist in the Bronx.

They were kind and caring towards my ingrown toenail removal, and gave me more then enough medical supplies to help take care of my problem
