I'm writing on someone else phone this store is great the merchandise is different the girls on the floor are helpful/great but the manager is very unprofessional. She always moody, overwhelmed, Inpatient and not a good listener. You dont always have to prove a point to the customer. A customer should be treated like a customer. This manager has been there for a very long time and she has not change. She need culturally and interpersonal training. I hope this review is taken serious because it a reflection of your store services. The only way she will be able to see herself in her unprofessional behavior is in writing this review. The manager tuff arrogant behavior need to change so customers can feel happy going to your store. I will again say Paramont Decorator store is great but it important that a manager set and show an example like the girls on the floor do being professional at all times not being moody doesn't make it on the job world it shows and people dont have to deal with it. This is no place on the job.her moodiness is a personal issues. Leave it at home. Thank God for reviews.gbless.

I've been going here a long time to this Paramount they really need to take tips from the one in the Bronx or just closed down the buyer is not doing the best job on insight for what the customer in this area needs with these types of apartments

I love this store. I've been coming here since I was a little girl. They sell the best decor for your home. From your bath to your bedroom and everything in between. Your money will be very well spent in this place. And the staff members are very professional and willing to help their customers. I highly recommend paramount.

Paramount Decorators reminds me of Joey'z shopping spree and Ann & Hope because thry have all different types of home decor items for your home.

A nice variety of home goods. I really like this store! You can find anything from shower curtains and bathroom decor to small kitchen appliances. Curtains and bedding and wall decorations. Definitely worth a visit for anyone looking to add some flair to their home.

The best store to shop, I go there to shop from Rochester, ny, every time I can go, it's a long drive but it worth it

Even though it is a small store It still has a lot of variety. The prices are very convinient and the quality of the products are quite good considering that you can find similar products in other stores but at a much higher price. I recommend the store.

I wouldn't shop no where else I come once year to shop at the Paramount all the way from Nova Scotia the large back Community.

This is the best store I've ever shop in my entire life and the service was excellent i love to go the store in harlem they the best!

My experience at Paramount was before the New Year and I was so disappointed in the service and the quality of the merchandise that I will never return to the store again. I always redecorate my bathroom and the main purchases were not acceptable. The toilet seat I brought would not fit and the shower curtain was shaggy with strings hanging from the curtain. Then they have this rule that you can't return items before 12. I have decided to spend my money elsewhere

The selection of mercandise in the store was amazing.the quality and price of the goods was trully incredible.

And the customer service was as good as it gets.they were knoledgable in their field and so nice and respectfull to the customers.i will definitly go back to this place.my only complaint was the shopping bags were a little thin.

Im giving the store 1 star the store was clean however service was LOUSY i went to the store to ask about a return policy, then after 1 day of trying to return something this CHICK tells me NO then she changed her mind & said i would have taken it back the next day if i would have arrived before the store closed, even though the receipt & the police told her there was a 7 day grace period.called the owner to find out what going on with FLIP FLOPPING ON THE return policy& hiding the policy behind the counter to find out NO ONE CALLED BACK.so now i will put a stop payment on my credit card. TOTALLY DISGUSTING
