Parc West Valet, New York NY

I needed a long wool coat hemmed, and took it in to Parc West on a Friday around 4pm. They had it ready by 5pm Tuesday and it was done flawlessly! I thought the pricing was pretty reasonable too ($85 for a lined wool coat hem? Online was quoting me $99-$120). They were also so kind, customer service is an A+

After spending a fortune on three pairs of jeans/pants and suspenders. $250 and being told there guy Knows his stuff-they fired him of course after he screwed up my pants. They sit there now and no one is taking responsibility or calling me about he damn pants.

The clothes were treated with some products that caused an allergic reaction.this has never happened before with this company. They also didn't finish my clothes on time but this happens sometimes.

I was super excited about doing wash and fold here as the price is quite good compared to competitors $1.5/lb. However, please beware. They ruined my white clothing. I spent $38.5 on the entire service. And they ruined close to $100 of white clothing. When I asked for the refund of at least the wash/fold they said they are not responsible and it’s someone else who handles that part as they send the clothing out. I added two images of my towels side by side. One is white (did not get washed) and one is grey/ white now after wash. They don’t separate colors! And also take no responsibility for their mistakes. They offered to “rewash” my clothing as a solution. Which would be of 0 help as the clothing is died and ready for the trash can. BEWARE. Luckily we have credit cards we can dispute charges with.

Amazing pricing, and they hear me out when I ask for Low Heat (I'm a bit tall, can't really afford shirts shrinking!).

Wash and fold laundry service is great. Our old cleaners got bought out and the new owner messed up some of my items. I found Parc West around the corner. I've taken my clothes 3 times now and they've done a wonderful job. Lowest price too out of the three cleaners I've now used in this neighborhood. Highly recommend!

Just used their dry cleaning service for the first time for some dress shirts with yellow collars. They came out great! I'm so pleased.

Disrespectful staff. Changes “policy” on a whim and suddenly won’t deliver clothes and talks over you when you’re trying to talk them. Don’t get your clothes done here!
