I was told numerous times by my friend (Ben from Acqua di Parma in Bloomingdales) that I must visit the Parfums De Marly Boutique and meet the famous Donna that everyone talks about, but I kept putting it off. My son and I finally visited. I must say I am simply dumbfounded by this boutique along with it's unique fragrances. Donna is just simply amazing. She's so sweet, knowledgeable, and down to earth. She makes your experience so personal and you feel like you've known her for years. There's something about Donna that makes her very special. She was able to direct my son and myself towards certain Parfums De Marly offerings. I had to purchase something because I was blown away. Sherry and Jay will definitely be returning. Finally, finally finally! Found the site in NYC. Best shopping experience and to purchase my all time favorite fragrance. The host at the store was awesome and I hope she's there the next time I return.

I placed an order online and I was having so much issues. Then I came across a wonderful lady by name of Donna. She solved my problem with in few hours. She made sure my issue is rectified ASAP as I was having an issue with my online order. Donna, emailed me right away and she made sure everything is taken care off. I as well spoke to her over the phone and I cannot put into words how much of a great service she provided me. She has fantastic customer service skills. She repeatedly apologized for the error but she made sure I am taken care off. I would highly highly and highly recommend Donna. I cannot wait to meet her one day if I ever come to New York.

As for the product itself, the fragrances are some of the best in the industry - pleasant, unique, strong performance. As for service, I worked with Donna over the phone a few times to complete orders and she offers exceptional service. She is knowledgeable about her products, and fragrances in general, personable, and goes out of her way to give her clients a great experience. Well done.

I placed a order on line for the female sample box as I had never smelt any of this brands fragrances before and was highly curious from seeing all the YouTube videos on this brand. My package shipped extremely fast and was boxed so very nicely with a little note from Donna the manager. Donna is an amazing aspect to this brand. She took the time to personally email me and let me know my package had shipped. When I had questions regarding the perfumes she was very prompt to emailing me back. She even took the time to mail me out a sample of a perfume that wasn’t in the sample box so I could smell it. I haven’t had such great customer service in a very long time. She made me feel like a friend instead of a customer. Donna if you are reading this you seriously made my experience one of a kind!

Visited the store today and Donna was amazing. Walked my friend and I though the store and was very knowledgeable about the products & history of PDM. There was no sales pressure and Donna was super down to earth. I definitely recommend everyone to come visit the store and find their new favor scent.

Just had a wonderful experience in the boutique with Michael. He really took time to showcase all of the different fragrances, and literally everything was incredibly high quality.

The store is well laid out, and overall I’d definitely recommend both the store and the brand.

Amazing customer service. Stopped by the boutique and picked up a bottle of their Layton fragrance after work. Donna is very knowledgeable about their products, and walked me through the fragrances that i was interested in.

Once i got home, i found out the bottle i bought had a issue with the seal in its nozzle and was leaking out product. I called the shop the next day and explained what happened. Donna asked me to stop by and she swapped it for a new bottle. I will definitely be coming back.
