Fresh pastries, coffee how you like it and cold cut sandwiches.this spot has a lot to enjoy. It's big enough to sit down, enjoy some food, get some work done or give yourself a little treat after work. In this area of Manhattan, it's getting harder to have more places like this and it's nice that it's near a transit hub but not like really busy Times Square.

Visited this outlet at about 8: 55pm last night with a friend after dinner to have coffee. It was supposed to close only at 10pm. But the male counter staff didn't allow us to be seated inside, and only agreed when I said we would sit at the outermost table. After placing our orders, the same counter staff also refused to let me use the restroom, claiming it was already closed for cleaning, citing the so-called "company policy". I had to quickly rush outside and look for another place with a restroom, and there was none nearby. When I returned and told the same coutner staff that I really needed to use the restroom and that I would like to talk to his supervisor to ask about the "company policy" preventing patrons from using the restroom, he finally reluctantly allowed me to enter, after the cleaner confirmed that it was not yet cleaned. Why didn't the counter staff lie to a patron who obviously had to urgently use the bathroom? Later, he chased my friend and I out at 9: 30pm, half an hour before the official closing time at 10pm. This is absolutely the worst Paris Baguette outlet I ever visited.

I love the dessert and pastry selection!
Everything is fresh and made from real cream and butter.
Everything is well priced!
The best part is that the desserts are actually not overly sweet which is a rare thing here in the US.

I usually have a good experience with Paris Baguette, but not this time. I ordered a blueberry yogurt cake and a tiramsu slice for my wife's birthday. I get a call letting me know that the tiramasu slice is out of stock and they offered an alternative. I was okay with that. I get the order at 745am, but I'm missing the whole yogurt blueberry cake. I got a slice of a chocolate ganache cake (alternative) and a SLICE of the yogurt cake, which is not what I ordered. We called Door Dash, explained that it didn't come. They fixed it and sent the cake. I got it by 830am. I put it in my fridge to keep cold, no problem. Come time to prep the cake for the party around 9pm-ish.catastrophe. The cake is normally wrapped with a mold ring to keep its shape for the customer to take off. There was no ring and the cake was partially melted with the blueberries flooded onto the tray. This REALLY disappointed me and my wife. This was her favorite cake and it was ruined. We still celebrated but clearly there were shortcuts taken to appease me having already been insensed by the fact that my delivery was shorted to begin with. This is not the way to go. Do better.

It is a great placr, the staff were kind and friendly. I like to come here for a capuccino y un postre.the cheesecake was good.the blueberrie cake was so yummy.everything was good.definitely one of my favorite places to drink a coffe, a dessert, and talk with my favorite person too.

I just like to have a manager at this location read this. I go to this store daily, some days twice, but is really frustrating to go get a coffee and a piece of sweet bread and the person at the counter has an angry and upset face, who barely talk to you and just throws a plastic bag for you to pack your bread. I always ask for two cafe latte, with regular milk and as little foam as possible. There is always someone at the counter saying that is not possible, or like this afternoon (5: 30pm) they just pretend they forget. And don’t prepare the coffee until I asked them about it. They probably don’t care about customers since they just work there but, managers and owners should. Someone needs to be watching these guys to make sure they treat every customer with respect and dignity.

Nothing special about this place, although the staff there are all very friendly and professional. This is a chain coming out of Korea to cater to people who like French pastries. The food is ok. The dining area is spacious. Quite honestly, the main reason I go there is when either my son or I need to use the bathroom when we are in the area, and I will get something small afterward. Other than that, I probably would not go there.

Edit: I appreciate the business responding back to me and so quickly at that, but it is not going to change my opinion of the place. I have never been a real fan of corporate chains because anything that is corporate will not have a more personal touch. There is nothing you are doing wrong. You are a corporate chain, and there will always be limitations to that. I want to emphasize, again, that your staff are very polite, helpful, and friendly, but you are still a corporate chain. Some people like the familiarity. I am not one of them. Check my other reviews.

Love the ham and Swiss baguette. Pre made sandwiches are delish and so are the baked goods and cakes.if you like the Asian flair, which I do.

I come here every morning and order an iced coffee. Girl making my coffee filled the cup 75% with half and half so I asked her to pour some out cause its literally just gonna taste like milk. So she pours half the milk out and put the coffee in and its half a cup of iced coffee so she asks me if I want exta ice im like sure whatever. She then hands me a this cup thats not even filled to the top with coffee… what am I even paying for? I came here the day before and had the same convo with the guy and he still managed to give me a cup filled to the top. Ridiculous.

I love PB and go to multiple locations throughout the city, but this is by far most poorly managed store. The cleanliness of the store alone is not the quality I am used to at PB. I hope the corporate sends a supervisor to do the QA.

Nice friendly place. I came here to pick up for a friend's birthday. Me and another friend purchased the blueberry chiffon cake. My friend was so surprised and absolutely loved it! The cake was very fresh, light, tasty with just the right amount of light sweetness. Everyone who tasted it really enjoyed it! The cake was gone quickly! Lol.

THE nicest people. I live with a disability, and there was a kind person who let me up the entranced ramp. Then one of the staffers named JAMES took such great care of me, picking out all the pastries and sandwiches that I needed. He offered smart advice on how to heat up one of my meals, and then Kasey took care at the cashier. I will definitely go back again. These folks are super kind and really make you feel special by the way, the treats are beyond DELICIOUS. ️

Paris is known for its pastry buts its the food that keeps the men hungry for more if you like good hot dogs wrap in a relationship then eat here he will never go back

I love this place I go at least twice a week to have my favorite drink peppermint mocha latte. Luis and Albert are so nice and always asking me if I am ok. They’re smiling people too.

I’ll recommande this place nice and quiet.

This morning i went to this location (around 6: 30am) & the experience was horrifying! This is not because of the food - because the PB bakery is always great! However, the women working there - she was awful! After getting the items I wanted I went to the register I stood there for almost 10 minutes (& I was the ONLY COSTUMER at this point) & this women just kept staring at me like she was clueless & I had 10 heads.then after 10 minutes when she finally decided to come to the register she went & stood at the opposite register & expected that I would move. Then she took my items (about a dozen pastries) & was about to start throwing them in a BAG, are you serious! Then when I said to put my pastries in a box - she just threw random pastries in 2 boxes, kept taking them in & out, & throwing & shifting them from box to box, She even tore one of the Boxes! - i'm afraid to open these boxes & see the mess! Horrible, HORRIBLE costumer service!

Not may places of this caliber open at 6am. They make all their stuff on site. Coffee is good. Staff are very friendly. They do a $4 coffee and croissant special btwn 6-8am.

Horrible customer service and the so called manager Billy has no idea what means being nice or professional to clients.
I place an order last night for a cake to be delivered today and after I got the confirmation of the order and the message from door dash that will be delivered, I called the store to find out that Billy could not locate the order for 10 min after another 3 of his employees transferred me to one another, so that finally he will say your card didn't work, are you joking? There should be a system error as my card has money on it. If I wouldn't call nobody would care to let me know or to send a message or to send an email in regards to it.
When asked to give him again the card and pay and get finally the delivery, he said No you have to come here! Really? What's the point of scheduling to be delivered than?

Thanks God there are other locations and there work decent people that would make it happen so I would receive the cake today!
