Paris Baguette, New York NY

Ordered a strawberry cake slice and it tasted so bad. It was not my first time trying it from Paris Baguette, but it just tasted so different from what I normally had.

The coffee is to European standards!

It's the only place I found in NYC (so far) where they sell high quality coffee and not that awful bitter brew that they sell everywhere else.

The cheesecake was pretty good a well!

There is room for improvement for the atmosphere.

Best little bakery in the financial district! Have an amazing array of pastries and desserts - cream cheese donut was my favorite!

I ordered my friend's birthday cake on Friday to be picked up today. Upon arrival, they couldn't find my cake, and instead found my receipt for the cake unfulfilled. They "luckily" had an extra cake that I had reserved and quickly wrote "Happy Birthday" on the cardboard under the cake. Cake tasted like it was sitting on display for quite some time. If you order from this place, I suggest calling ahead of time to make sure they fulfilled your order before going there to ensure they have your cake.

Long time no see! Visiting again after my first visit in earlier this year. There has been an update of various pastries and cakes on the counter. I've been craving the coffee bun since it's been coming up on my TikTok videos^^

However, I still had some downs. The pastry item card was lying here and there inside the cabinet, and some of the pastries looked crushed like the egg tarts. I hope that the staff pays more attention on the organization as well as asking the customer whether he/she will be dining in or be a takeaway.

Went there this morning November 2nd to buy a baguette. I asked if this is fresh from today and the cashier (a woman) answered me rudely yes. The other cashier (a man) wanted to say no but the woman didn’t let him. Selling food from the day before should be illegal. The baguettes get so hard that you barely can eat them. The man gave me a fresh baguette few days ago but today the woman didn’t want to serve me with a fresh one. I don’t recommend this location.

We order some croissants to go with coffee and hot chocolate; everything was freshly baked and tasty. The server was nice and inviting. We enjoyed this found while we were in NY and will definitely come back.

Sweet and attentive staff, everything is clean and fully stocked, and coffee is good quality.

Paris Baguette locations are just randomly plucked all around the area. This one is connected to a supermarket and it was packed when we went. Pastries are plentiful and fresh. Love that they have an outdoor seating area that is covered as well. Can’t go wrong with the pastries.

I love this bakery chain, delicious coffee, delicious buns and like confectionery. MY RESPECTS!

They have all kind of croissants.they are nice. The place is always clean. My favorite is everything croissant with cream cheese

Bad customer service, we didn’t leave tips, that’s why lady making our order so long, order 2 coffee and cheesecake and waiting 15 minutes or more, and more over, pizza in showcase with moldy

Just another regular Paris Baguette nothing special. Got the mango coconut cake slice. The mango was pretty crispy. Overall it’s delicious.

I was very excited to get the some fresh croissants and cookies, but unfortunately they were moldy on the croissant
At the cashier the young lady were talking with colleagues, she gave a quick peek to us and her attitude meant definitely you guys wait.
After that she barely took order from us, we were waiting and she even didn’t start to make our order
Don’t waste your time money and nerves

Great bakery with good choices. Love the mochi donuts. Be warned that sometimes they forget your items so check the bag before you leave
