Ordered on doordash, already paid.charged extra 35 dollars directly from the card I used for online order without any notification. Called, emailed, never heard back.

Terrible service in this location they take to long to take you order and the manager is rude with very Bad attitude besides the donuts are never on time when they open everything is late and restrooms are dirty and nasty they never clean

We love the coffee here and the coconut filled croissant is one of the best I’ve ever eaten I also started eating the coconut moji which are very good. You can get everything heated if you like. Plain croissants are awesome as well if you do not want as much sweetness. Check out all of our reviews. Their tiramisu king donut is my favorite pastry there. The others that I liked there are their two cream (chocolate and coconut) filled pastries. Their tiramisu dessert in a cup was enjoyable. They also have a cream cheese pastry (pictured), which one might call a cheese danish, that I liked a lot, the cheese has delicious, yet uncommon cheese flavor. They have what they call a Pistachio King Cream Donut (pictured) which I felt was a bit too sweet. I cannot recommend their fruit topped (berry and mango) summer pastries. I did not care for their Ganache Cream Slice (pictured here with a chocolate cookie on the top) which I felt lacked enough sweetness. Their other pastries that I tried did not live up to my high expectations. Their chocolate macaroon (found within a mixed box of them) was the only one that I have tried, and it was delicious.

PLEASE somebody get a professional to revise your Doordash menu! There are missing photos and wrong photos and bad descriptions of items. I keep getting different items by accident, most likely because an amateur threw together your Doordash menu! I really love ordering from here but it's truly a nightmare every time I Doordash from you guys. I don't blame the baristas or the workers, just the forsaken app that misleads everyone.

I’m writing this review because this is the ONLY location they come up with excuses when it comes to writing “Happy Birthday” or special messages on cakes.
One excuse I got last year was “We do not write birthday messages on certain days of the week. ”
And the other excuse I got this time was “we only write messages in the morning. ”
It’s upsetting when I’m paying $50 for a cake.
I have not had this problem with other locations, they have great customer service elsewhere.

I’m disturbed by the customer service I experienced in regards to this location. A less than fresh pastry was purchased, and needless to say, I was met with more resistance than one would think. I had the pastry, the bag, was lacking the receipt; it is unfathomable that exchange such a thing would be difficult when un-purchased items cannot be sold the next day. I have enjoyed some amazing pastries but do not believe I will be purchasing anything from this location going forward. Such a shame. Eat well my friends.

I’ve been to many locations & this is one of my fave ones. But I went recently and I ordered two of the item I was getting & was charged for 2 but when I got home there was only 1 in the bag. Which was upsetting & I don’t live close by so I couldn’t even get my item I paid for.

I love to go there. Love the place is very clean Pastry are very good and service is excellent. I was there this past Monday. Thank you for your service.one more thing it will be nice if employees use gloves.went they serving.

Supervisor is rude and service is slow, ordering online makes no sense since they’ll make several people’s orders before yours and then they’ll forget your order and leave you wasting your precious time

First time I tried one of their cakes I felt like I was missing like 15 pinches of sugar but the more I kept trying them with either friends or relatives, the more I liked them and learned to appreciate the art of desserts with a moderate/low amount of sugar:)

Besides the sweets I must say one of my favorite things to get with them is the spicy portuguese sausage in a roll with cheese and their croissant loaf

Their peach iced tea and their twirl donuts lovely

Their presentation is A+ on point

Would definitely continue going back and recommending them to others

Today I went to buy a baguette in Paris, I really am one of those who pays for something worth savoring, absolutely delighted by the flavor, texture and aroma of the strawberry croissant, delicious chocolate feuillete, the price is very reasonable for the quality of the products

Wide variety of sweets, would definitely recommend their cakes and tarts! They aren’t too sweet and their beautifully made and presented

The coffee was fine. But the croissant was cold and hard. I exchanged it for another one but it didn't work.
