Manager was open to revise their ad for a used piano that they said had originally sold new in 2010. They had it listed as 2010, but as I pointed out it was actually a 2008 model by serial number they changed their listing accordingly to 2008 model to be transparent.

Park Avenue Pianos was a great resource for me and my family. We found a beautiful Steinway Model M, thanks in large part to the help of Ronen, and the sales staff. Their business was profiled in the Wall Street Journal front page business section, something that I found very interesting, and I am a fan of their innovative approach.

I had spent many months looking for a quality pre-owned Steinway, when I heard about Park Avenue Pianos, after hearing their concert grand piano performed with the Charleston Symphony. After hearing about their work, I set up an appointment with their sales staff in NY. Their business model is interesting, and efficient. I tried several L and O Steinway Models, and ultimately settled on a 2001 Steinway Model L. The piano has resonance, a bell like quality in the treble, and is just simply beautiful. In terms of price, I feel Park Avenue Pianos is priced less than their competitors. They gave me a trade-in option which also makes me feel secure in case I ever have a change of heart.
