Ihave been Dr. Lurie's patient for over 20 years through several bunion and hammertoe surgeries. I find Dr. Lurie to be patient, professional with a touch of kindness and good humor while catering to my medical needs - just the right combination. He never keeps me waiting, and his staff is friendly and efficient. The aim of Dr. Lurie is to keep us moving, active and pain free. In my case, Dr. Lurie has achieved these goals superbly. I may be in pain when I enter his office, but I always leave "walking on air".

Dr. Lurie did an excellent job. No pain, simple folow-up instructions to follow, and I know if I have any questions, he'll respond. His offce staff is pleasnat and helpful, and they make sure Dr. Lurie's appointments are on time.

Always leave feeling much better. Dr. Rossman is tactful, and well informed.wthout being an alarmist.

Great Doctors, Great Staff. Office runs on time. Treatment rooms are immaculate. I have been seeing Dr. Lurie for many years and would not consider letting anyone else treat me unless it were Dr. Rossman.

I have visited Park Avenue Podiatry twice in recent months under the meticulous care of Dr. Rossman. I should add that it is altogether an extremely efficient office with a most friendly and helpful staff. Park Avenue Podiatry was recommended to me by a friend after I had complained to her about my previous unsatisfactory experiences in the care that I had received elsewhere. I am deeply grateful to her for her advice and share her approval and positive experience.

In 2022, I decided to visit Park Avenue Podiatry Associates based on a recommendation. During my visit the first time, I encountered a pleasant male receptionist in person. For my next visit, I decided to scheduled by phone and I unfortunately had a female receptionist who was extremely impatient and rude. When I was able to get seen by the doctor, he spoke to me kindly and professionally as if he cared but it turns out to not be genuine.

When it was time to get my custom insert, no staff reached out to me. They have my phone number and email address. Another occasion, I called multiple times to request for a doctor's note and I didn't hear back from the doctor or anyone. To make matters worse, I referred my husband to the doctor, and he also experienced pain from the inserts. I oddly still receive those automatic emails from them.

To improve the experience, it should be required for staff to treat patients and potential patients with friendliness and respect. Additionally, patients should receive appropriate follow-up and communication from the practice.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Park Avenue Podiatry Associates as a reliable healthcare option. Their lack of concern for their patients is evident.

Made an appointment the day before. Receptionist was very friendly. A friend highly recommended Dr. Rossman. He was amazing, super friendly, personable, and most importantly took his time with me during my visit.

Visits with Dr. Lurie are a barrel of laughs. I'd go more often but I only have two big toes for him to deal with once a year.

I'm very happy with the care and understanding of Dr. Rossman. He was familiar with my condition (which most podiatrists are not) and provided a solution for me.
