Park Avenue Tennis Club, Huntington NY

Park Ave Tennis has great indoor courts with hard surface with rubber underneath. So as hard courts go, they are “soft”. Great lighting. The owners of the club are really fun and always getting groups together, including USTA teams. They have two new outdoor pickleball courts too.

I love this tennis club! The staff is incredibly accommodating to my constantly changing schedule. The facility is lovely and when I take my lesson, I am completely comfortable with having my 6 year-old daughter watch from the lobby (she takes lessons there as well but on a different day). But the BEST thing about the club is my instructor, Zach. He watches every move I make and gives me the most detailed and helpful directions. He also helps me strategize across so many aspects of the game. And he helped me pick a new racquet with the string setting, etc. I look forward to my lessons, write down as many directions as I can remember after each one, and feel invigorated and increasingly confident in my strokes. I am so grateful to have found such a warm and welcoming club and such a passionate and knowledgeable instructor!
