I’ll start with I’m very disappointed at this place. We recently had an incident where we were notified of a small dent hardly noticeable on our car still we needed to find out and fallow protocol on how it happened since we felt and still feel we didn’t do anything. We have been monthly parking at this location for 3 years and nothing has ever happened that’s until we updated to our new car. We noticed Mauricio in front of me was opening the door and allowing it to hit the elevator walls. The first time this happened I didn’t say anything because I know sometimes things happen but there was a second time and this time my husband noticed and we said to him to please try and be gentle and that it was a new car. Mauricio didn’t care at all he only responded that the elevator was narrow and that there were patting. He didn’t even look at me once as I was speaking to him. Now back to the small dent on my car. The matter got escalated to the supervisor named Juan Carlos this man is the most obnoxious human being I have ever spoken to in my life. This man was dismissive didn’t allow us to even explain what happened interrupted us every 5 seconds tried to insinuate that my husband was trying to yell at him when we were nothing but respectful. This man even threatened us to eliminate our account because he stated that we were being sensitive because we just got a new car. Please beware of MAURICIO whom is miserable and smiles only at the people who tip well and doesn’t care for your property at all. And please be more aware of JUAN CARLOS the supervisor this man has no common curtesy or empathy to at least tell us in a nice respectful way that they didn’t find anything in the cameras cuz that would have been fine because we already had assumed that they was not going to take the fault for anything but it didn’t hurt to try. At the end of the day we at least deserved to be treated like human beings but instead we were treated like animals.

I really wish I could rate 0 star. The guy over there blatantly asked for tips and said “we don’t welcome ungenerous customers”. Tipping is for great attitude and friendly people, not the staff here. Don’t come!
