3Paid 38 USD for 2 hours instead of 21 USD, what we agreed before. Charged additional 16 USD for the SUV (explanation: big car) without telling us before. No recommendation
The sign says 16 per hour, we paid 20 dollars for 10 minutes. Horrible service.
They are thieves and highly unprofessional. I dropped by and asked to store my bike for 30 days. They said that’s great. We can’t charge you now because for some reason they didn’t know how. We will store your bike now and then you can pay for the month when you come back by next week. I came back by and they suddenly tell me you owe us for 2 months and not 30 days. Doubling the price. Thieves just price gauged me because they knew they could because they had locked my bike up and either I lose my bike or I pay them. Their staff is highly unprofessional, rude. Don’t trust anything with these guys.
