THE WORST FACILITY IN NEW YORK! DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE TO HAVE ANYTHING DONE! IVE BEEN ATTENDING THIS FACILITY SINCE ANN MARIE WAS IN CHARGE AND NOW THAT NEW MANAGEMENT TOOK OVER IT IS A MESS! TODAY, I CALLED IN TO ASK FOR MY SHOT RECORDS/IMMUNIZATION AND MANAGEMENT TOLD ME THEY CAN NOT FIND IT! THE MEDICAL DEPARTMENT TOLD ME THE RECORDS ARE DELETED AFTER 6 YEARS! HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE? WHERE IS THE PAPER TRAIL? WHERE ARE THE RECORDS! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! SPOKE TO A SUPERVISOR NAMED LEASHA AND SHE HAD AN ATTITUDE WITH ME AFTER I SPENT 8 HOURS TRYING TO GET ASSISTANCE! THEY NEED TO SHUT DOWN AND GO BACK TO SCHOOL TO LEARN MANNERS, HOW TO DEAL WITH CUSTOMERS AND HOW TO RUN A BUSINESS!

Very very unprofessional place to visit. Long waiting both at the front desk and to see the doctor. A half a day spent to visit this place. My recommendation 0!

This place is the worst ever I will never go back to. Waste of time they schedule at 10 but they never call you to see the doctor. Worst front desk ever slow very slow. No recommend stay away from this very unprofessional staff in the front. Doesn't make sense why they pack of patients if they know they are slow. Horrible place garbage service.

Went in once and never returned the front desk staff was very unprofessional and hostile. The clinic seemed so congested with to many things going on in such a small space. I can’t say if the service is good or bad because the front desk staff discouraged me; so much so, I didn’t complete my visit. I took my business else where and I suggest others do the same.

The biggest waste of time! Do yourself a favor and Never come here. The front desk is beyond incompetent. I waited 3 hours for paperwork to be completed and that’s after I finally took it upon myself to seat myself inside the doctors office after he was taking other patients before me! Everyone in that facility lacks professionalism and basic human empathy.

Front desk staff is pathetic. The lady who calls herself secretary doesnt have any work ethics & basic manners! Please dont waste your time nor make your blood boil

Like most of the reviews, it's just the wait time that's extremely long. I've waited 2 - 3 hours just to see a doctor a quick examination and referral.

This place shouldn’t be open at all! I work in the medical field and is nothing compare to this place. The front desk receptionist really needs a customer service class! This place sucks! And the wait time let’s not talk about that even with an appointment u still have to wait hours to get seen.

Takes 3 hours or more to see Doctor. Even if you get there early to a 1230 appointment it's now 300pm and I'm still waiting not happy place sucks

I called to get my daughter asthma medicine sent to the pharmacy. We are at a funeral in a another state the nurse rudely told me the doctor wasn't going to be in till Friday. I asked what am I suppose to do. She hung up the phone. Do not I repeat DO NOT GOT TO THIS DOCTOR OFFICE THEY ARE RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. If you don't want to work with children. Don't be a nurse or work at a pediatrics office

They will have you waiting 2 hours just to get verified, ever since Ann Marie the manager left they let the son of the owner take over the place has gone down hill I don’t recommend it at all. I been going here for years but once Ann Marie left it has changed for the worse! I wish I could give it no stars but I gave it one only because my doctor that I been seeing still works out of here unfortunately.

Horrible! Do not go unless you have nothing to do for the rest of the day. They obviously show favoritism over people they know in walk-ins. Takes an hour to check insurance because they’re having conversations about food stamps at the reception desk. Absolutely disgusted with this place. Looks like someone bulldozed the reception area. The back area smells like urine. And the look of the place reflects their unprofessionalism. Never coming here again!

There is a particular Doctor that shows favoritism to certain patients@ this facility that is totally unacceptable. The wait time is not fair to the patients who come in early with appointments that the staff scheduled for us. The owner need to stop trying to handle every thing himself and share the responsibility with his peers that is where other job opportunities come in.

This place should be removed they are the worst medical center I ever witness I seen people with 9 o clock appointments get skipped I been waiting for 3 hours and I was number 2 to sign we really need to get this center closed it's bad for business doctors take vacations whenever they feel like it.just bad and most of the staff don't know what they talking about.last time visiting this place

This is by far one of the worst Doctors office I have ever been to. My appointment was at 11: 30am, I did not see a doctor until 2: 30pm. While waiting I spoke with other patients who were waiting 3-4 hours to see their doctor. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Staff is unprofessional and direspectful! They remove phone off the hook put it back after office hours so not to be bothered. Staff needs to know without us they wouldn't have a job. Really obnoxious!

The staff is very unprofessional. They are also slow, I sat there for hours and still no progress. I dislike the way the staff does things.

The staff lack efficiency.they seem to not knw what they are doing.took an hr and thirty five minutes for them to find my chart and get me in to see the doctor. I then saw the doctor for two minutes.if you are not sick this place makes you sick!

Awful. That Front Desk Receptionist is just out of the line. She doesn't even know how to talk, help, and serve the people.

I got to say. The place is a circus. Even with an appointment they expect you to sit there all day. You might as well just do a walk-in. They are very unorganized and as soon as I go there this one last time to get my results I will not be going back.
