The attendant is openly/obviously racist. I've been told the lot is full 9 time in a row on different weekdays at around 6.30am. When I can see it is obviously not full. As I pull my car out I can see others going in and getting parking spaces. I've complained to the company a few times to no avail. They know of the issue and do nothing about it.

Booked on spothero and refused to let me park without paying double what I had paid on spothero because my car was too big. No mention of extra cost for larger car.
