I went to Park Sports for help treating lower back pain over the course of several months and would recommend it to anyone; I had a great experience here.

The environment is energetic and supportive, full of friendly staff and people putting in work. Giant shoutout to Genya for being a wonderful coach and collaborator, she helped see me through recovery from injury and orient me around habits and exercises that are fully part of my life now.

Earnestly miss coming to this place every week, hope y'all are well!

It really depends who you have as a PT. I had a much better experience at the Park Slope location. At this location it was either crowded and so my PT had to split their attention between many different clients, or, when I went in the morning, it would be nearly empty, and still my PT paid little attention to me and would rather chat with co-workers while I remained unsure about the exercise I was in the middle of.

Leslie Bell is an awesome hand, wrist and thumb physical therapist (OTR CHT). I had a broken thumb, and she helped me get it back to where it needed to be strength and healing wise post surgery. She is personable, kind and transparent - thanks so much, Leslie! Appreciate all your help.

Billing department waited 4 months after services to bill me over $1000 after the receptionist confirmed I had no charges. The clinic encouraged me to extend my visits, misleading me into being billed. Ivy Rehab phone rep and supervisor agreed I was misled

They are the best physical therapy center I've ever been to. They are very personal and help and patient individually with all aspects healing. An excellent place to go to for therapy.

I highly recommend working with Dr. Gordon Golbart. I’ve been working with him since having ACL and meniscus surgery, I’m feeling strong and mobile 2 months post-op. He challenges me to work towards being stronger than I was before, while also taking care to heal safely.

I came here after being diagnosed with hamstring tendinitis. Matthew, my therapist created a successful program for my rehabilitation. After months of constant pain, I am back to walking with no issues. Thank you Matthew, I am forever grateful. Also, a heartfelt thanks to Prince.

I guess the only way they will care or do something about their malpractice is if I complain straight to the licensing boards and bureaus.to make an actual complaint. They are all horrible human beings, each and everyone!

I love my sessions with Matthew Macina! This is my first time doing PT outside of college and I couldn't imagine a better place to go to. I'm seeing a lot of progress. Plus, everyone who works there is so nice and the vibes are always great!

I'm forever grateful for Park Sports PT. I attended this location for a back and ankle injury, and each time they delivered superior service. The therapist and staff are professional, knowledgeable, kind and always treated me with respect.

I am in my fourth week of physical therapy and I am very satisfied with the experience. I found the therapist very professional. I am very happy with the routine of exercises and the results obtained so far.

This is a great PT studio with helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly staff. I had particularly good experiences with Genya, Ashley, and Gordon. Less than eight weeks into therapy and my back pain has gone from a 5/10 to a 1/10. Talk about improvement!

Horrible, mean spirited, immature, people that have no respect for you or your personal space. About 4 different employees bumped into me like I was invisible and said nothing on my very first visit! (including the manager!)
The one amazing therapist that made it convenient and worthwhile left about 8-10 visits in.
Against my better judgement I tried to stay with them. I continued to make it very clear I would be late to my appointments ahead of time from the beginning Do to work. Yet it only became a problem when I reported Ashley for publicly shaming me 2xs (as if I was a child). Not sure why professionals would be spiteful and publicly shame people instead of professionally and politely declining
The final straw for me was…After I reported Ashley and changed therapists. I came in reporting feeling very sore, and experiencing pinched nerves in my neck.to be spiteful I had a whole full hour of work out and was told AT THE END I couldn’t get a massage because I was my normal 10 mins late!
SHAME ON THEM! VERY DISGUSTING BEHAVIOR!
But they always had time to talk about their ancestry reports, how black they were, sports, and other personal topics.

I started PT here in March for ACL surgery prehab from a sports injury. Over the course of 3-weeks Ashley got my range of motion back, strength up and swelling down so I was ready for surgery.

Not only did Ashley help me physically prepare for surgery, but she also did a great job getting me mentally prepared for post surgery as well. Recovery from knee surgery is very painful and difficult, but with her help I knew what to expect. I feel that I’m making the right progress post surgery with Ashley’s guidance; as I’m already off crutches just a few weeks after ACL reconstruction and a torn meniscus reattachment. She takes the time to understand her patients and what they need given their personalities and specific circumstances. When needed, Ashley is pushes me further than I would on my own. But it’s always in an encouraging and supportive way. I've had PTs before that let you plateau on your progress, but that has never been a concern of mine when working with Ashley over the last 2 months.

I’m glad I came to this location for my prehab and post-op. Its a very friendly environment and I truly look forward to going to PT.

Grateful to have started my physical therapy routine here at park sports. Therapists are al very attentive and supportive when assisting with my weekly routines even at their busiest hours. Scheduling availability is flexible and they keep in mind to assign one therapist to work with you for a period to maintain consistency, which I appreciate.

Parks sport Clinton Hill was there when I was in serious hip pain. The free evaluation allowed me to quickly evaluate if I needed PT and seek the right help for my issue. I was also able to use direct access to start PT immediately and not delay my healing.

Matt has been a patient and lovely therapist as well as the rest of the team. The space is clean, the people are friendly and the mood is chill and upbeat. All of these things have made it easier and more enjoyable to do my PT despite the painful circumstances.

The appointment times and hours are flexible and I never leave feeling worse about my condition. Thanks to PT I have made immense progress in my injury. I cannot recommend enough seeking help here if you are injured or in pain from Park sports Clinton Hill.

Started going here before IvyRehab took over and had no issues. The therapists here are wonderful.

That said when IvyRehab took over they did not transfer or ask for payment info until I racked up a $300 bill. Annoying, but I paid what I owed. Then a few sessions later was told I owed another $130. My copay was $20/session and the math didn’t add up. I asked for the specific bill for the amount owed, and they could not provide it. I asked the front desk to email the director about this mistake and followed up multiple times after. I was told everything was taken care of and continued to go to therapy for another 6 months. I then had surgery and tried to schedule post op therapy, but was told they wouldn’t take my appt because I owed them money. They had 6 months to provide me a bill for the $130 I supposedly owed but didn’t, and now sent the amount to collections over a year after my last appt. Super shady billing practices and I’m still waiting for the specific invoice for services rendered.

Avoid going here but if you have to, be sure to have them print your invoice and payment for every session.
