Never ever park here. They always accept booking in advance but once you actually show up they say the lot is full and only the hotel guests can use it. Well then don’t freaking false advertise to say you have a space and accept reservations. Horrible service, employees lacking understanding of their duties and professional manners make this place absolutely the worst parking spot in New York City.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! FOUR THOUSAND DOLLARS IN DAMAGE!

I would give 0 stars if I could. The parking attendants are absolutely careless and dishonest. My car was dropped off at 5: 02 PM and picked up at 7: 53 PM on 8/14/23 and the attendant backed my car up into the concrete siding causing FOUR THOUSAND DOLLARS IN DAMAGE! The attendant parking my car even tried to HIDE the damage by popping my tail late back into my car. Upon retrieval of my car, it was backed up against the concrete wall with the rear passenger facing the concrete wall on both sides DELIBERATELY HIDING the damage they caused to my car. It was not until I was home that I noticed the tail light had popped out and upon closer inspection noted the damage. Of note, a call was placed to their garage at 8: 48 PM asking for the name of the parking attendant, security footage, supervisor information, and insurance information to which they REFUSED to provide me with this. I recorded the phone call because I had a feeling they would try and give me the run around. They told me I needed to come back in and complete a “form”.

This morning, 8/15/23, my husband returned to the garage at 9: 30 am asking for this “form”. The parking attendant working, Walter, had no idea what “form” we were referring to and said we should come back when his supervisor was available, again giving us the run around and not providing any names.

I then called at 9: 48 am and spoke with Walter and advised him that the company has a legal obligation to provide their insurance information whenever a worker is at fault for damage to a customer’s vehicle. It was at this time that Walter confirmed there were 2 attendants working the night of 8/14/23: BERNIE C.and MOHAMMED A. He also provided me with the name of his supervisor: JUAN PACURUCU who is coincidentally on vacation until Monday, 8/21/23. When I again asked for the company’s insurance information and copies of security footage, I was told that the supervisor has “the forms” in his office and that only he has access to security footage.

IT IS ILLEGAL TO WITHHOLD INSURANCE INFORMATION WHEN YOU ARE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES!

I dropped my car off at an auto body shop this morning and was told that not only is there cosmetic issues, but the parking attendant damaged/ dented the metal frame on the rear passenger side by the rear wheel. THIS WILL COST THOUSANDS! I need their insurance information so that my insurance company can seek reimbursement for the damages and so that I may receive reimbursement on my $500 deductible. I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO PAY NOR SHOULD MY INSURANCE SUFFER FOR THEIR CARELESSNESS!

Horribile rude stuff! Car was stayed for 5 nights! And engine was on, Windows and trunk opened!
We had everything on our app and we asked what goin on! No help! We had to payed to see whats goin on with the car and nobody said why everything was opened!
Mexican guy which working there is unbelievable unrespectful for guests

The staff was not accommodating, they are insensible and don’t care about customer service. I explained to them in detail my situation and was still forced to park my car although I needed to confirm a few details. I come out 7 minutes later and I was forced to pay or they wouldn’t give me my keys. They honestly need a better system and although they are not part of the hotel, the hotel should just buy them out and have a better system to have an overall pleasant stay.
The fact that they charged me without allowing me to speak to someone first to offload is unheard of and honestly I would never want to go through again.

Horrible just horrible. Horrible service.and rude staff. There’s no sign saying it was hotel parking only and staff was very rude about it. Next time put a sign out stating it’s hotel parking only. A simple sign will solve that problem.
