Incredibly hard to schedule, 100 bucks for a no show, even with a call prior and they won't let you get your prescription if you have an outstanding balance. Not to mention i barely ever got to see my doctor, just the nurse everytime. I ignored the bad reviews bc it was close and convenient, but trust me. This place is Not Good.

Yes I was looking for a new pcp and this is not the place to go! $100 for a no show when I called 10min before my appt to come late. My first initial visit I saw the NP who was readily to prescribe antidepressants with no real background besides what I told her no check up no nothing. My physical was scheduled MONTHS after my initial visit. The staff aren’t the friendliest yes I wouldn’t recommend.

I adore Dr. B. She's a very good doctor. Staff is friendly and efficient. I've always had a pleasant experience at Parkview Primary Care Physicians.

Dr. Bastible has been my primary care physician for years. She is knowledgeable, kind, and takes time to explain your health concerns. Her focus is on addressing immediate heath issues as well as preventive care. She asks questions about diet, exercise, your social support system, your medications, and mental health. Dr. Bastible also asks about the other health services you are receiving from other specialists and if she has not received up-to-date overviews, she makes a note to request this so that she can share it with you. Dr. Bastible is very personable and addresses you with the greatest respect. I also feel that her support staff, (Carry the office nurse) has the same positive strengths as Dr. Bastible and the office staff is always courteous. I highly recommend Dr. Bastible and her entire staff.

This is the best place to be seen by a Primary Care Physician for an immediate appointment. This particular professional staff is often a reliable referral given by the best specialists in many fields of medial care in Western New York.

This place is a damn nightmare. The women at the front are extremely rude, when you call you call to make an appointment they claim they can't schedule appointments and to leave a voicemail, then takes hours to hear back.also I was sent to go for bloodwork without even going in to see the Dr which just seems super sketchy.

Oh and I was billed for a 'missed appointment' once when someone called me and left a voicemail saying Dr wasn't going to be in that day, so I needed to reschedule. Took 4 back and forth phone calls before admitting it was their mistake. But once again was extremely rude the whole time. Hate this place.

This place is absolutely horrible. They claim to call you when they don't, the receptionists are the rudest people I've ever talked too, I got charged 100 bucks for a no show that they called and canceled on me. &I when I called the receptionist was again rude saying that they never called to cancel.yet I have the voicemail.not paying 100 bucks for their mistake. Also, if you have an older parent or are older please don't come here. I've witnessed them yelling at older people because they didn't understand something. Makes me sick. The doctors are nice. But when you have to communicate with the other people that work there it's not worth it at all. Get a better staff. Finding a new doctors office to go to.

Been coming here for years. Dr. Bastible is great. The receptionists however tend to be miserable/not helpful when I call. In person they've always been fine.

This place is absolutely HORRIBLE! It took 5 months to get a first appointment. Then once I arrived I waiting in the waiting room for TWO HOURS! The ladies behind the counter are miserable, rude and give attitude for doing their job. I saw the NP Ryan Taylor who was nice but rushed through the appointment. She put me on new medicine that I needed to go back and get checked to see how it's working after 4 weeks. The miserable receptionist told me they only have an appointment for either a week and a half later (not long enough for the meds to take effect). Or two months later (too long to wait to get rechecked). Then today work sent me home because I have possible pink eye. I need to get it checked today and show work tomorrow I sought treatment. I try an call the office and the miserable receptionist wouldn't schedule an appointment for me, instead redirected me to the Drs answering machine. I left a voicemail and waited 1 hour for a call back. Nothing. So I call again and the same miserable receptionist sighed and said "I'll page her". The dr gets on the phone, I tell her I have pink eye and I need to get it checked to go back to work. She tells me she have "no openings" and i would have to wait. Why? Do they seriously not leave room in their schedules for sick visits? WHAT KIND OF DR OFFICE DORS THAT.so now I have to pay triple the copay to go immediate care to get my eye checked. I am finding a new primary right now. I would NEVER recommend this horrible doctor office. Save yourself the a hassle and find somewhere else. You won't get seen when you're actually sick!

This place use to be good. It now seems all the receptionists either hate there jobs or are just miserable all the time. The nurses as well are miserable. The drs seem to rush you through your appointment. Half the time you won't even see you primary doctor. You will see the NP. Will be looking for a new doctor.its sad because this place at one point in my opinion a very nice place to be apart of.
