This is for truck drivers. You have to show up exactly on time. They will not let you park in front to wait for any amount of time for your delivery appt. They will tell you to leave, even with nowhere to go.
They will say park in front of someone else's property, but the shoulder is not large enough for big trucks. Their dock is inadequately sized for 53' trailers and you have to back in, sometimes blind side, from a busy street. The cars contain angry drivers, that will not stop and wait for you. They do not offer to help at this business. They do not stop traffic. They will not tell any of the many cars or people in your way to move. They are rude while you are working. You will have to drop your trailer, because the tractor will block an entire direction, two lanes of the street in front.
I suggest not taking this load. I suggest a blacklist of this business by all 53' trailers. Someone is going to have a bad accident there. It's just waiting to happen.
If you go there, I would ask for five times the rate, no less than 7k. It's not worth it for you to deliver to this location. I would give zero stars, if possible.
