I own a business locally and I have to say, these are the worst people ever. They will keep you on hold, pick up the phone, and hang up on you right away. Absolute worst experience ever. The managers always ask me why I don’t place big orders anymore and this is the reason why. Not to mention, seems as if everyone that works there is extremely depressed with life and just take it out on their customers. I’m definitely rooting for this locations downfall and can’t wait for that to happen. Management needs to focus more on improving customer service rather than gaining customers.
