I needed to pick up table decorations and balloons for a friends birthday dinner. They have everything you could possible need and the staff were helpful and friendly. It’s my go to party planning store.

This is the worst customer service, why place an order online for pickup and the order is not even ready at the pickup time requested. Make it make sense.

At about 1: 45 i I placed an order for balloons to be picked up by 4: 30…. When I arrived at 4: 35, the balloon order had not been satisfied. After waiting 15 minutes for the completion of the order, …. (during this time workers were joshing around having non pertinent conversations) the balloons were handed to me unsecured. When asked for a weight, I was told I had to purchase a weight! Given the poor service, I suggested that I should receive one as a courtesy…the manager was summoned He offered no apology for the lateness of the order and also denied me a weight… in light of poor customer service, it should have been given to me as a courtesy!

There was no employees to help you locate merchandise and the line to check out was ridiculous. Employees just watching as we stood on a line that was not moving. There should be someone in charge of balloons because the cashier had to locate the balloons and then go and inflate them.

Do NOT buy balloons from this party city. At 10am i placed an online pickup order, for 2pm pickup. I picked up the balloons at 3pm. By midnight they were on the floor. How embarrassing! My fiancé will get to enjoy her deflated balloons on her birthday tomorrow.: (This is what $15 gets you.

My balloons were late and I was not informed until I called. I waited and hour for the balloons at the restaurant. I was told delivery is from
4-5pm. I called at 5: 15 because I started to get worried. I paid for them ahead of time and I was told delivery will be 20 mins late and it was out of their control. I got a call a 5: 40 that the balloons were late.
Then it was 6: 00 my guests had arrived and I had to rush to decorate the place with the balloons I couldn’t do it properly and make my guests wait in the lobby.
I called to get my money back and I was told they have a three hour delivery wait to deliver.

Unprofessional and unacceptable!
Brought the latex heart shaped balloons for my grandmother’s funeral in white on 09/04/2020. They deflated over night even after I paid extra money for them to put a high gel in it so it could last the next day which was the funeral. I called the store about 50 times on the day of my grandmother’s funeral to fix the issue and to get a replacement set of balloons but no one answered the phone. I’m extremely disgusted with the outcome of this store’s operations. Unacceptable and Unprofessional!

Overall really good store, all items are almost always on stock and the lines are usually decent. I just wish the customer service was a little better, Specially the one from my supervisor.

Placed an online balloon order 4 days before the scheduled delivery date and time between 10-11am for a friend's milestone birthday. The day of the delivery no balloons until after 3pm and there were missing balloons from the order. Next day received an updated receipt with the missing balloons not showing on the receipt even though I had a receipt with the balloons on it. Someone internally altered the order without my knowledge. Very disappointing experience. Would not return.

I came to buy birthday decorations and I also helium balloons when I was done and after I paid for everything they told me to wait 40 minutes if I wanted them to blow the helium balloons for me, because there have too many orders.

Halloween supplies are coming in get yours early.staff was very nice and helpful not to mention patient, and lots of balloons.

I’ve been calling all day for two days straight and someone answered the phone once to answer my questions. Whose in charge of customer service over there?

My balloon was made of some kind of kevlar.my neighbor shot at it with his rifle and the bullets just bounced off

Staff was very helpful and polite. Needed some extra things be taken down from top shelf and sales associate was very helpful.

Store is immaculate and clean and we'll stocked. However they're still getting their footing and staff is very, very green. You won't have much luck with simple questions and they won't even know the manager on duty's names.
Solid location, but give staff awhile to learn the ropes.
Even heard a phone ringing in the background constantly with no one answering it.

U can find anything u need for a party.
The only bad thing is the long wsot to fill out balloons

Great selection, i was surprised when i found five nights at freddys party section for my sons 5th bday. Very organized.

Huge place where you can find almost anything for partys. From baloons to masks, to costumes, to toys, to candies and many more stuff.
Most of the prices are good, some stuff are pricey.
When I went here the staff was cordial and the waiting line was long.
