My only reservation is that they didn't really have what I came for otherwise the store was neat and nicely stocked

YOU CAN GET ALOT OF FUN STUFF HERE FOR ANY CELEBRATION OR HALLOWEEN COSTUMES. THE ONLY THING I CAME THERE FOR, I COULDN'T FIND BUT I LEFT WITH A SMALL BAG ANYWAY OF COOL ITEMS

I've been shopping here for many years with family and friends. The selection is better each year but the main thing you go in for, balloons, can get sold out quite often, which is annoying. And once in awhile the staff may be annoyed or short with you. But by and large, it's a productive trip there.

All stores never pick up the phone I called about 20 times every location no phone picked up this is so bad about a big store like this

4 workers couldn't get one to help. But found everything I needed. One stop shop for my kids party

You definitely wait too long on line to make a purchase. Options are limited so I will probably be back to needlessly suffer waiting on a long line with no cashier.

They’re so understaffed. Line is usually always long and it seems like they don’t restock a lot of their supplies sadly smh.

Not the best i should say.specially if buying Halloween costumes from them you have to check the costumes and the content before leaving the store or paying because last year and this year it happened to me where the pices are missing and it doesn't have the full contents thats mentioned on the packing.last year my sons mask was missing but they gave me another one later, but this time his cop kit came without the helmet and they don't have spare to replace it so ended up buying a different costume.

Waited 30mins four curbside and I had to go in and get my order that was missing something that I will have to wait 3 to 5 days to be refunded

Worst Party City on Staten Island. 1 person on register, no one in the floor but 5 people are blowing up balloons. Their manager does not know their return policy and balloons deflate in a day.

Very poor customer service. The store called and left mesage about a online order/in store pick up. Items were listed in stock at this store online but of course most of order was not. I attempted to call back for more info however was placed on hold repeatedly for over a hour. I will order from Amazon next time.

I had to order balloons for my Godson's Christening and found out that Party City delivers! Best day ever there and the 2 associates that helped me were awesome as well!

I went to Party City for their selection of old-fashioned candies it was nice A blast from the past

OMG I feel robbed just giving one star of my rating to them after being robbed by the prices.

What's worse?

They overcharge you at the register!

Watch your receipts and the prices listed on the shelves.
