All the items you buy here will not be in perfect condition. It will be scratched. I bought two 16 inch golden trays that had a few scratches on them when I bought it. I didn’t end up using it, so I tried to return it. He said that it was used and scratched therefore I cannot return it. I tried to explain that this is how I received the item and it was not used at all. He wouldn’t listen to me at all and wouldn’t let me speak. I had other items that were not used whatsoever and he made the same statement about them. I moved in the area 6 years ago and I always came to this party city but this experience made me not want to ever return. The customer service at this store is the WORST. Will never be returning here.

Terrible service!
Unlike other party city location, they were not capable of making the ballons the way i always get, and they were not happy to service me as a customer!

I ordered some balloons online on 6/20/2020 and selected New Hyde Park as my pickup location. These balloons were for my son's graduation on 6/26. I received my order confirmation email, and also a reminder email to pick up my order at the location on 6/26. I arrived at the store 10 mins early and waited for them to open to collect my order. Upon entering the store, I gave my order details and was advised that they did not see any order. I was subsequently advised that my order was cancelled because they didn't have the balloons I ordered in stock. I asked why I did not receive an email regarding the cancellation and that question remains unanswered. I checked to see if my money was refunded and it wasn't so I had to contact customer service to request a refund. I am very disturbed by my encounter, and would think that after being closed for several months because of the pandemic, that stores would want to ensure that they provide great customer service. This is not the first time I've received unprofessional and poor customer service at this store and I will now think twice about placing online orders with the company in the future, since they are clearly unreliable.

Before COVID-19 and as we "Phase back into the new normal", we have always preferred this Party City. From our experience, it is clean, organized and the staff are all very knowledgeable and helpful. They also have great suggestions to give. Now, more than ever they practice safety while still providing excellent customer service. Thanks Party City New Hyde Park. Great work!

Cancelled my order right before it was supposed to be delivered without notice.customer service was no help. All they told me was that the order was cancelled but they didn’t know the reason.extremely unreliable and unprofessional.

Overinflated balloons. Started popping as soon as I left. You're supposed to leave at least 15% unfilled in summer for expansion. This ain't rocket science.

They had exactly what i was looking for. I picked up some angel wings for a costume. Price was reasonable. Staff was pleasant.

This place was messy and disorganised however it was raining and this little girl took her shoes off and played in the rain.

By far one of the best party city I have been to, lines move quickly. They have a wide variety of everything and the workers there are so helpful.

I bought three balloons and one was clearly not inflated enough. I went back in the store to ask the worker to put more helium in and they just said it’s because it’s cold outside. It was only the one balloon with the problem but they insisted on saying that it’s because it’s chilly outside. It’s been about an hour since I got home and it looks as if I had the ballon for over a week already. Is it really that hard to just put more helium in the balloon? Customer service was very poor.

Chaos personified. But then again, it was two days before Halloween. So I can't blame the business for too many customers.

It's nice place, lots of candy, a little messy on closed days to the holidays but overall a nice place

I bought balloons and when I got in the car a few if them popped. I called and the told me to come back and they'll replace them with no problems! Thank you!

Good Service. Price a little high compared to other online store i guess thats the cost of having a brick and mortar.

Bad attitude from employees. They talk to you as if theywish you were not there. They seem lost and have no idea on merchandise location.

Vast collection, and extremely friendly and serene staffs, no one was rushing, they were patiently there to explain and show around.
